    Where r u placing ur aircon in the living room, place it at the right location will help, unless of course u prefer not to have aircon on while dining. I notice u have a L-shape study table, ask ur id how to open the drawers at the L-corner. Ur sink is right next to the kitchen wall? Consider shift it a little, u need working space (think abt ur elbow & hand movement) Very nice 3D concept, good luck on Reno!

    Hi Trish, sorry only saw your message now. Maybe ask Gwen (My Home Vintage) to keep a lookout for you... Also she has a nice collection of dollies which I missed out recently. For the LPG gas, Bukit Batok is not piped gas-ready. So no choice
