Hi Nekorin & Worldangel congrats on your coming 1st appt. Sorry i abit slow, juz read that the difference btw ur lowest & highest quotations are rather big, think need to go thru' wat's not included or any extra tat u did not request were added in. From the few quotations i gathered, some IDs/contractors allow house owners to choose tiles at certain prices only and other things like carpentry etc. If you were to choose tiles beyond this px u have to top up. So muz read thru' the quotes carefully.

Hi Adrian 1st time posting in ur thread but i need to say i love ur choice of tiles for your toilets. Tho' i cant visualise when u say lay them horizontally or vertically but looking at the tiles oredy give me a picture of posh looking 5-star hotel toilets leh .

Not much to update. We took some pictures yesterday. L-box for living & dining were up and the low all for master bathroom was done too. Kitchen wall tiles are almost done on the cabinet's side:

Actually i feel very bad for spending so much on reno but i told myself i hope to live in this house for as long i am allowed to. My in-laws are blaming us say if en-block, u lugi ah. But to en-block 5-room flats, we dun think its possible leh. Pray hard. U too modest lah, ur house is still beautiful as its the lovenest for u & ur family mah, esp wif ur 2 cuties .

Hi Ebe maybe u want to speak to your ID? If top-up not much, may consider. But i think copper piping as lasting as stainless steel juz that i prefer the 'silver' looking pipe.

Painting over copper piping is nice but the peeling of the paint after few years makes it ugly. My copper piping having that prob now, so for the new house we specifically want only stainless steel pipe.

Compared to those sold @ Molecules for few hundred bucks, this is acceptable lah. Thanks, yours turn up very nice too, i like ur MBR wardrobe.

Din know can get such nice clocks @ carrefour. U give me an avenue to look for nice clocks without big holes in the pockets.

Hi Merryman, They are floral tiles and come in white & black. The white one is normal px but the black 1 is $16/pc. So cannot ask for more than Lynn can give A clearer vision of the tile:
