My wall decal about 500+. The living room painting i got it from Thomson Plaza, there is a shop selling alot of Country style english stuff, i got it there. It's from a Australia artist. The painting cost me $250. My reno cost about 13 to 14k. Note most of the stuff came with the condo.

Was contemplating between Wallpaper and Wall decal but decided to try something new, everywhere also wallpaper boring So did a Wall decal instead, the job was very very well done, still got leftovers some leaves for us to DIY Very professionally done, i think 2 to 3hours job.

I got my curtain from May Interior, total $2.2k. The Day curtain material are using very expensive ones, suppose to be about 1.7k only but backside itchy go choose the expensive ones. So far, i think they are a better deal with good service. Yeah, it's abit cramp. Never measure the living area leh so not sure but mine is a 2 + 1(Study Room) with only total sq area of 980sqft or 91sqm

I ordered 1 coffee table, 1 side table and 1 sofa bed from you guys on 25/8/2008 from Sungei Kadut Loop. It was promise to be delivered on 3/9/2008, on the day itself then you guys say cannot deliver the coffee table, so i accepted the Side table and Sofa Bed. Was rearrange to deliver on 6/9/2008 for the coffee table, then on Friday, i got to call you guys before i know you cannot make the delivery again! And worst the side table i recieve is of the Worst most quality i ever seen! I can tell you i bought so many items in my house and yours is the WORST! The items is suppose to be delivered tomorrow 11/9/2008, till now, 4:44pm, no one called and confirm the timing. I called back, someone by the name of MiaoLing ask for the customer number, so i gave her the number, she called back saying me giving the wrong number, the whole **** invoice only have that number, unless you want your company reg. number or phone number. Now when i tried calling back no one pick up the phone, great! so what time is the delivery tomorrow? or should i take whole day leave and stay at home to wait for you guys to delivered some poor quality furniture?

I got my fan from Elmark itself, it cost me $428 include GST and installation. They quoted me $350 excl install and GST. It's remote controlled.

Yeah lor, i can't put mirror becuz of fengshui also but, that size is approved by my FSM. The problem is i do not really like mirror effect, prefer it black so have the more cosy effects.

I agree, for mine, they use trunking to lay the wires at the roof before building the false ceilings, i even request them to seperate my speakers wire with the electrical wires to prevent noise.

WOW 143sqm!!!! How much does your reno cost? The previous owner must have spent at least 60 to 100k renovating the house man but too bad, too old design liao. Haha.......the next owner will think so too if it's 20years later
