I just blasted the condo manager for being a rigid, inflexible cretin. The security guard refused to let the electrician in this am because he contravened by-laws by working until 3pm silently pulling cables when work stop on Sat is 1pm. I've resolved the issue now.

Should work but once again, where does the water drain off? Your trap is next to WC.

Do you plan to replace door? All my toilet doors are this type and I have replaced all with Besglas bi-fold doors. Space saver.

Todo this though, you will need to redo the floor as they will need to run an outlet from shower tray to the drain.

The quick and cheap alternative is w/o moving the WC plumbing points is to build a small shower tray between the sink and WC and then use a shower curtain. This way the water will be contained and place won't get very wet. However ifyoudo have guests visiting I would imagine that they will use the toilet on level 1 instead of trekking to L2 or L3?

Looks complicated unfortunately. My suggestion is that the 1st floor toiletbe converted to a powder room with shower facilities. If there is space could possible build a separate shower cube?
