Hacking around done 70% when i went up yday evening...all debris so i nv take any pics Hacking will be 100% done and yippie materials are up today !

This hse consider quite big for a 5rm i guess.. ya goin to do up the whole hse since i forsee i need to stay there for another 10 yrs

Ya maintance wise quite ok..but wardrobe and cabinets quite yellowish inside already...*faint* flooring wise some area kena black patches...overall still quite ok lah

finally collected my keys on 15 oct...very fast pocess and im so much poorer now.. officially "open the door" last sat and took some pics before we start hacking tomorrow...yes its tomorrow hahahaha so excited and i hope not much hiccups during the process...must really praise my ID cos he is very accomdating to my indecisive mind hahahaha.. main gate might keep this gate to save $$$ but definitely will repaint it! jess, why dont u go source for those sofa benches for ur living room ...find one dat can match with ur yellow sofa? saw some nice ones at iwanagohome (at GWC). pai seh ...yday wasnt able to dropby

angel, so far hvnt heard of glass backing breaking yet also chances of breaking not high i guess... i will be doing red glass backing for the whole stretch of cabinet...

nice hse... is that marble flooring for the living room?

very nice white windows/grilles...mine will cost 4k to do up whole hse (resale with lots of windows) so gave up the idea and went for black instead
