Thanks Pinklady I think all children are charming, esp during toddler time. My boy used to be a 'hamburger-face' abt 3-4 yrs old. now he has grown taller & leaner. My gal is 2.5 yrs & my boy is turning 6 next mth.

the weight capacity think depends on the hook size bah... The packaging will state the max wt. My clock faces cover the hooks behind, so can't see the ugliness of the hooks me add a blue tag ball behind the clock to add thickness, so the clock wont hang 45deg (slanting, facing down) but in 90 deg, flat facing...hehe.. hope it helps

Think the unit is a Build-to-Order purchase, mean they hv the option to buy 3 bedroom doors, 2 toilet doors & living/bedroom ceramic tiles. Otherwise the hse will be sold raw. (but the kitchen & toilets wall & floor tiles included in standard package liao) My bro just got his unit from Punggol, cost him > S$230k liao leh...
