My ID do the chemical washing after installing my chrome toilet accessories. Will the washing affects the toilets accessories? Any idea wat issues will the chemical vapour cause?

I install a system 3 aircon in my resale flat and the thick aircon trucking can be seen in one of the bedroom. Just to check shld my ID box-up the unsightly trucking even if it is not mentioned in the contract/quotation we signed. Or I shld top up $$ to do the box-up? Appreciate all advise.

My designer fixed up the carpentry before painting the wall. Is this the correct procedure? I thought it should be painting followed by carpentry work. I'm still left with installation of lights and chemical wash. Can somebody enlighten me on the renovation procedure. Thanks.

anyone tried EF washer and dryer? I cheched the price from one shop at AMK.. <$1K for both washer and dryer.. model of washer is WF7100 (7kg, 1000rpm).. the shop said EF is v popular cos cheap and good. He also said EF is made in England/Turkey. Any comments? Also wat abt Ariston? How come no comments on the brand at all?
