My stack mbr toilet frosted windows are very exposed. My wife and I once saw our neighbour above bathing (clear shadow with sharp outline) from the swimming pool level. We were concerned. We did tried to put up a plain color shower curtain. The shadows were still obvious, just that the background color changed to that of our shower curtain. Gave up and been using the bathtub in the mbr toilet instead. My wife using the guest toilet which just have a small window.

What is outside the windows? Beware that at night time and the light is on, the body near the windows will cast clear shadows on the frosted windows. Free show for all during bath time PS: My MBR toilet has this problem lor

Like that really can prevent cats from coming in ah? I thought cats are very agile and that height definitely not tall for them. Actually from what I observed, owners who installed those plastic panels have small dogs and the panels will prevent the small dogs from going out through the gaps.

wah..u sure? floor will get dirty again. likely need to repaint or touchup the wall due to scratches. ceiling or false ceiling or L box need to repaint if the carpentry kena scratches, will heart pain or not?

Packing was a nightmare. My wife and I only started packing the day before the movers. Moving is a good way to get rid of junks. Threw alot of things away. In the end, we packed until 4am next day and we did not pack those small fragile items and leave them in the store. We will shift those ourselves slowly. For big items, we only took 4 fans, 8 stools, 1 ironing board, 1 fridge and 1 sofa bed to our new place. Our cloths, books, documents, loose items took up 20 boxes. Other big items such as display cabinets, shoe cabinet, mahjong table & chairs, exercise bike went to my parents' and uncle's place. My ID did a good job before handing over. Up to now, I only paid 50% of the contract

Your condo management will have the designs and colors that you need to adhere to for standardization. I think when you collect keys that time, some grille suppliers likely will put up display and contacts on site. I did mine from metalcraft.

milo66, Have you tested your aircon? Mine got problems. 3 units (dining, mbr, study) were having problems i.e. sometimes cold and sometimes not cold. Depending on the combination I switched on. Two days ago, these 3 units (dining, mbr, study) suddenly stopped working. The maincon got the installer to check and found the wirings were completely wrong. They did the rewiring yesterday and the units are running fine now (hopefully they continue to do so). Also check your shower heads to see if they are fine. PM me if you need the maincon handphone #.

Nearly went mad packing. We only started to pack last afternoon and packed until 4am today. Underestimated the number of boxes required. 20 boxes for 2 persons are not enough Lucky the movers were accomodating to accept extra items without additional charges. The movers were fast in wrapping up loose items and large items (chest of 6 drawers and a sofa bed) and we were out of the old address in less than 30 minutes. reset the system using a master pin right? ideally, should be able to delete just the lost key from the database without the hassle of wiping the whole database and re-registration.

....I find light color homo tiles quite hard to maintain leh...always got dirt marks...sigh

What happen if you lose these cute little things? Can easily remove the lost key from the system? How much per additional key?
