we got it from furniture mall...sales person is joanne...gotta go fast cos she's due for delivery in May.. mayb try to bargain harder...shld be able to ba but at this price, we didnt get the cushions cos we find tat v ex leh..though she offer us a promotional price of $53 for 2 cushions...tink we wil jus go ikea buy those cheap cheap $3.50 throw cushions ba... this sofa is realli gd cos very few fabric sofa we came across has such high headrest wif gd support...

Our fridge & wm were delivered over the weekend... Setting up... Fridge..looks like there are plently of rm to upgarde to bigger one in the future.. we managed to get the LPG delivery man over to help us check our stove...he's v professional i shall say...

I did has some small run-in with jason also....one time i asked him to come over my place to tell him what to rectify and he went on & on & on & on (like durcell rabbit commerical) abt how things shd be..then i just walked away from him....hahaa...but we did bury the hatchet and keep things on 'professional' terms...

Hhmm...me thinking of getting curtains with rollers but seems like those rods type are in fashion these days..and rod type are much cheaper than roller ones..correct me if i'm wrong...ponder ponder...

Actualli we asked Ah soon to arrange for us to visit the 'Elephant' brnad showrm so tt we can see the laminates in real sizes...The sales person even came down to fetch us there with her own car!... Actualli, she is the one tt provided us with more indept infor on the products..quite professional ya...but she likes to drives without seat belts though...haha haha..good to hear that yr reno is smooth and fast ya...

noticed we have same layout (dimensions are almost the same as well)...same furniture placement for living room and mbr oso...but u did more reno (kitchen, false ceiling)...can share how much is yr total reno? jus wonderin hw much wil it take had I overhaul my place...

ah soon told us the kiak kiak sound is normal cos the laminates are stil new...after a while if u walk on the floor long enuff, it'l go away...ours did...so no worries ya...

haha and we have the same coffee table! those cabinets really cheap n nice leh...veri gd! can PM me his contacts cos my fren wanna do kitchen onli so tot of giving him ah soon and ah hwa contacts for his comparison...

nice paint colours u chosen! my wifey likes the darker color for laminate as well but we went ahead wif java cos the person told us java used 'newer' technology...made sure they paint the white silicon strip above the skirting leh if not it'll look v out of place ya

ashes02: we got it at a package price tt includes dining table, dining chairs, tv console + coffee table..all at $1600 1 FOC stainless steel wax & 1 mj table...heeheh Melvin told me the dining chairs need to bulk order at 50pcs per order, so might need to wait for collective orders..
