Yes, it's 5120. It's supposed to beep only to remind to close door (beep beep), the battery can last 1 yr I heard. The vendor only has spare part, this seems like installation prob or software? How do you know it's a known prob for 5120? I'm trying to find info to know which causes this but no info at all . Now even want to pay $ to fix it also hard. The only way is buy a new 1 to replace as the door only can be fit for this lock, else I have to change to new door if don't want to use this lock anymore =((.

Anyone got trouble with Ezon 5200/5120 (can't remb exactly, but the model has handle & touch screen, black color) or samsung digital lock in general? I bought from Interlock on ebay, he was fast & efficient, the installation is good also. But it only worked for 2,3 mths. Later on, the door keeps beeping whole day (the sound similar to the one reminds us that the door is open). Called him & no solution. Then it suddenly was quiet again. But now, it beeps again all the time, sometime the autolock function can't work. We have to take the battery out & can't use at all. Anyone experienced the same? Can advise me where I can get it fixed ? We paid $700 last year

My reno ended 1mth ago and surprising no hicups at all during our reno. All thanks to Kenneth. I really never regret to engage him. He's an honest & responsible ID.Very proud that i found him, haha, coz my hubby kept nodding his head to agree with me, hahah I made full payment to him though there were some works not yet finished (my cozy corner's paint color, the mirror which he forgot) but he without fail do it for us after that. Even called me to remind abt the painting, haha...And also, suddenly told me that he thinks the current paint color is not nice and he will replace for me a new color. That's a nice surprise, coz i have no complain abt the color at all but he still want to change to a nicer one for me. His after sale is great! The real thing is nicer than his 3D drawings (somehow i find his 3D software isnt so updated )...Everyone loves the design of our master toilet (which we have no time to do the 3D)... My post is one way to thank him for doing a great job!

Hi Pinklady, There's Exquisite brand for laminate floor? My Id gave us (without telling) laminate floor named Original Exquisite, is it the same as you mentioned?

Just check with him, he said it's not supreme but same manufacture with supreme (s.t like that),made in Malaysia. Anyone has idea abt this brand?

hi all, Do you how is supreme package/box? My ID let us choose AC5 from Supreme but today we went and check, the box show Fraser 1 side, Exquisite the other side, no Supreme logo, got image of (teddy) Bear ... Can anyone advise? Thanks alot

Not really true .... He can't supervise every jobs but so long he knows what's going on & can control, that's enough for me . I heard from K that he is handling 14 projects now (yah, that's alot) but so far, my reno goes really well (touch wood) thanks to him...though the most headache part which is capentry has yet to come... I think I gotta give K some compliments Was surprised that he really does take notice of little small thing. Like the "hole" at the gate where the "pole" stucks in to lock, hmm, I don't know how describe, we juz noticed instead of a "hole", it's now a metal piece which has magnet inside to prevent dust (he hasnt told us abt this thing, but my hb said sure it's from him, not from HDB ) Also, because we have single split aircon **** room, the big pipe has to be run thru 1 of our common room which a bit eye sore but he initiated to cover the gap from piping to ceiling by false wall without charging us and again, without telling us, haha...Just like a little surprise from him . I still haven't got chance to thank him. Also initiated to call City gas and supervise them to do installation for us (without telling us...again, just ask me if the position is ok, I thought we have to go call City gas ourself) He's also very quick at responding my sms or call, never fail. Doesn't mind my nagging abt things that can't be done at our house only small point is sometimes he really goes very fast, ask us to choose color today and tml the painting done already! Today choose tiles, tml tiling work is on etc. Don't give chance for me to change my mind ...But maybe it's good thing so I can't delay the reno period ... My ID search is only 3 IDs: Johnny from A&D: friendly, good at talking, reasonable quotation but not detailed. I failed him becoz when I wanted to change from homogenous tiles to laminate, at first, as a newbie in reno, I thought laminate floor is more expensive. So when I ask if I need to top up if change to laminate floor, he's not really honest by telling me he wont ask me to top up, the quote remains the same K from Ideal: I wanted to meet him first but becoz of timing, he was the 2nd we met. Only until I talked to K, then I know actually laminate is cheaper. He even told me: "no, i even got to less the quote for you". Very honest guy, I must say. And so far he's still the same . Gave me lots of FOC also . Roy from Inzen: quote higher than K, also friendly, willing to meet us at our convenience place. Very talkative but after reviewing his quote & somehow I didn't find a "click" when talking to him (or maybe my impression abt K when reading renotalk is too much already ), so I didn't choose him also. wanna ask also...My kitchen cabinet is walnut at the bottom, red at the top, and the kitchen is quite small... Can u advise which color shld we paint as white is not easy to maintain, also quite normal also tks

Our ID also use black glass...anyhow I find laminate cabinet is nicer , look more classy ... I think just follow yr advice & our ID's

My master toilet has dry and wet area, divided by a shower screen. My ID recommended to have glass with alumnium frame for the vanity cabinet instead of laminate. Do you think which one is better? Personnaly I prefer laminate as it looks nicer but he said laminate is not recommended in toilet becoz of humidity. But I saw alot of toilets have laminate cabinet leh... Can you advise? Thanks

My kitchen is super tiny and now, the place on top of my washing machine don't have enough width to put gas dryer . That's only space for me to put the dryer . So can we let the dryer cover abit of the window or put on the floor?

It’s Ideal House . I signed up with Kenneth after seeing so many good comments abt him & also like him when meet personally, he’s not like “Sales” type, who try to sweet talk to you. Very straight forward. I didn’t really bargain anything with him, just find his quote is quite reasonable. Regarding the shoes cabinet, his quote is ard $200/ftL, fyi. Still initial state. Though we are quite rush to renovate on the chosen fengshui date, he tried to give us 3D drawings less than 2 weeks. Like someone says, if something is not necessary, he will say “no”, haha… The only thing left is drawing which I don’t really like, but this one can change. He’s quite bz, can’t meet him so often, but still lucky for us as it seems now is not peak period. Hope everything will going well

Hi all, I need your help on the theme of the flat that we are renovating now . My whole house (living + dining + 3 bedrooms) will have laminate flooring. The flatform **** & cozy corner will have dark walnut color So I tend to like Modern Resort theme. But my design my ID proposed is not nice. Then he changed to Black & White theme. I need all the experts here to advise me on the color theme: 1. Will be black & white good on laminate flooring? 2. Which color should i choose for the laminate floor to suit this B&W, also can make the platform outstanding? 3. I feedback to the ID that I want walnut color for all (including kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, TV console ect. ) but he said this color is not in trend now, it was ard 2 years ago so it's very norm. What do you think? Really dilema in choosing the theme & color theme now
