hi, it could the exhaust air outlet too small.. there is not enough outlet for air escape.. so airflow go opp. direction out.. pls check your installer.

Hi bunny, tiling shld be 1st ... ur kitchen or toilet tiles... can ask your tiling to hack off kitchen wall n your kitchen cabinet for u. partition wall **** ,,,can be done by partition contractor. sequence shld be like dat ... Tiling , plumbering ( install tap , basin , bowl ) electrical, install lighting n new point. painting polishing flooring carpentry touch up painting.

Temper glass is strong but not the edges ... try hit hard on the edges ... it will crack ...learn from my contractor. but anyway if they offer life time warranty...y not... looks nice and not so suay u drop heavy objects on the edges.. Thumbs up for this sales person as he is really knowledgeable abt his product.

Hi oogachaga, is your kitchen wall plaster smooth and no tiles ? is it difficult to maintain ... as kitchen area is oil and fumes... any staining on the wall ? did u use special wash n wear paint for the wall ?

Hi All... I contacted a tiling contractor for my resale 5rm kitchen + 2 toilets + balcony. 2 toilets are hacking all and lay new tiles floor and wall. Kitchen + service balcony flooring is overlay, wall are doing cement plaster smooth over old tiles. meaning no wall tiles at kitchen. labour to hack off 2 toilets door and service balcony door. labour to hack off kitchen cabinet Balcony overlay new tiles. labour to install basin, toilet bowl + toilet accessories. total cost is 6.1K.labour +tiles is it reasonable?

hi eric ... if i m u... i will hack those old broken marbles flooring off and lay new homo tiles to the color design i like... for hack an laying 4rm homo tiles ,,,shld be not 2 expensive ... around $4K + - shld be able to do it. your polishing cost 1.7k ... hmm... pay 2k + more u get new nice flooring to your liking... y not..

very nice looking fire place... whole balcony for your kids to play .... gd gd... the living hall seems a bit cramp... but 2 adults 2 kids shld be ok... can hang a picture behind the dining side wall ...will be nice ....

i heard it does exist ... need to do some searching around ... meaning i can just run tap drink from the dechlorinated water after the filter. will be good if can have hot water function for making 3 in 1 kopi as well.
