We talk bank loan and the bank will pay for the lawyer fee.... but CPF letter came and say they deducted a fee.. than after calculation its the stamp fee. Your bank would have tell you if they are paying the lawyer fee or not. Usually if you get a bigger loan amount the bank will be able to cover your lawyer fee Hope this helps/

If you go for half height... do you mean... the left side is consist of half wall height than top is clear glass to the top of the ceiling or beam if there is one. If you are doing your flooring you should be doing the half wall early so that contractor/id can make a half wall for you to place the glass on top of the half hight wall. Actually both looks quite the same to me.. cause for the half height wall is like an extra job cause you got to make the wall than get your glass contractor.. as for if you are making all glass than 1 stop contractor.. Ya decided to get 1 dinning table, 2 long bench (can sit 2-3 pax) & 2 normal chair with back rest. Now is saving up the money nia.... Hahah. So the furniture not so early I will place order... Yap the long bench can slot under the table de... I still thinking maybe I should get the dinning table after our house warming so at least got bigger space to put the buffet table kekeke.

Am looking for chairs... to be more detail we are looking for those single sitter chair which can be seen at starbucks or coffee bean... we saw one at Barang Barang but its cover can't take out for washing. Hi kinda bz with my personal life recently Lack of update from me too hehehe Okie we have the intention to buy our dinning table & chairs/bench/stool So this it the area which our dinning table will be at... at the very corner under the fan This is what the dinning table will look like and what we aim for Question now: We can go for normal chair for 1 sitter/long bench for 2 to 3 sitter/stool for 1 sitter. My hub suggest to go for 2 long bench and 2 normal chair for 1 sitter... What you all think le now need advise again... kekeke and also give me time to buy that piece of furniture hor... kekeke.

Catseyes> I think can change your order ba cause the other time I say my basin is too big so dun want and cannot wait too long so they refund me the difference in a cheque and mail to us. Rainshower is ok but handshower better dun get cause I open liao water flow little and small... than dun know how to shower with.. so just use it as a cleaning tool for my glass partition la. After seeing the picture again... I think your shower is in a set... mine is all mix and match one so meaning if one of the item spoilt I just change that part only but not the whole unit. My rainshower is square one... than bracket is ajustable one (round pipe), mixer is square one....

Hey we also got the same from the look at it... but the handshower is a waste of money cause water is slow flowing and it dun help for showering.... We only use to clean the glass partion in our bathrom which is next to the shower.... I would suggent not to take if you dun need it.

Video not so much things to see but at least I got to see myself and gown again and some funny action Hahaha I try not to buy things which is double... like if I want to buy a radio than my hub want to buy his sound system than I wait for his sound system lor cause can also have radio lor... if I have duplicate item at home I will sell it off de hehe so usually I tell pple dun buy or else give voucher to me better kekek. First I think you can look into getting what colour table top I personally like white or black top... but each got their +/- points... if you look back on my breakfast table its a white top.. lots of maintaince cause got to with every now and than but its nice to look at cause looks clean meh. Aiyo its part of life that you have to go thru reno de... its not easy as I say before and I got really skinny during the reno period even my bridal coordinator can see... but after everything is settle you can feast I would not got for the red cause I find it too bright or catchy for the eye... I like to keep it simple (cream, white, black, dark brown colour) so it will not be outdated... but I was told by my dad that kitchen is belong to wifey de and red is like fire... than the woman temper will be hot-tempered lor....
