I do understand lots of consumer met with this problem , Frankly I like their design and I take the effort to check with them about my furniture even though I purchased things from other retailer I still do the same. There always a risk there when concerning customize furniture or ready made , sometime we may not get the things that we expected. I'm not saying who is good or bad but still risk is there. Anyway good to have you around to provide information and advise here in this forum. cheers

I got mine furniture from Mode Studio as well , turn out fine ! is " Samtheman " around ????? every time I mention the word "Mode Studio" he will pop out and says I work for them and it beats me haiz........

Yes I agreed with you sometime as a consumer we do feel frustrated too but I see no point screaming at them as they just a sales person and they have limited position to make a say and got to go thru proper channel, I'm in sales line too and we also face the problem that the management doesn't seem to agree with salesman too. Got to be patience and hold your cool.

I think you gonna have hard time looking for furniture , you have to forgo some if it out of your budget since you been to many places , import furniture by yourself is a no no because there no guarantee on the product if it get damage and overall you paying higher due to the freight charges etc , better buy off the shelves from the local retailer it save you all the hassle. maybe you should customize your furniture if you still can't find anything you like.

bought some stuffs from Mode Studio , my furnitures turn out fine and is not as bad as it says here in the forum , maybe I'm lucky
