yup...definitely total overhaul...initially wanted to keep flooring but i guess its better to do up all the major ones first...difficut to do that when we already move in....

the master bedroom MBR toilet View from balcony I actually missed out on this....The view from the balcony is unsightly. its only when my mum mention and now i've to think of how to minimize the view.... any ideas anyone?

HAPPY!!! that's what i'm feeling right now.....Collected my keys and met Yeak at my new house for a thorough run down on what has to be done....Though it was a long 2 hours but it was a fruitful one....He was very very detail from the hacking to the partition to running of the air con trunking (one of the room is very tricky but manage to find a way to make it less obvious) to all the layout of the wall tiles....Tomorrow he'll be doing the 'dong tu' personally as its a public holiday and when monday comes hack, hack, hack....looking forward to tthe kitchen drawings as we have let him know the requirements and also he has given some valuable suggestions which we did not think off..... Will be posting some pre reno photos.....

my agent also help us apply water and electricity.....sometimes she juz don't know how to react when people is fed up and makes thing worse by trying to explain....

this is the thing i fear the most....i kept asking hubby muz remind the contractor to be careful when hacking....esp old flats.....

think its his own house...coz hubby mention to me that uncle soon staying in woodlands....

I know that's what the seller and seller agent kept telling us....actually i'm ok with that...hubby juz buay song they kept pushing the blame on us....and my agent la if she just offer to help call town council to move, think hubby will be more happy....now i think she juz make things worse coz it feels like she not helping but instead pushing blame on us.... I still ask hubby don't be so fierce to her....haha but think he won't listen.....

hai~~ my hubby really make a big fuss over it saying the agent never follow his instruction coz he did send her a sms to clear everything....worse still this agent kept saying she thought my hubby wanted it and i never insist when inspection done, that really make my hubby mad....hubby actually told her we pay her so much, she can't even handle this thing.... If only the 2 agents have some EQ, say sorry and just ask us nicely to help them clear, hubby will be glad to do it.... He hates it when they keep pushing the blame on us....if we are that good we should be our own agent liao!!!

Sianz!! today went for final inspection....seller left behind a piano and dining table which we don't want....and i so blur complete the inspection without insisting they remove them....hubbby not very happy and complain to agent.....don't think much can be done...

so I guess black tiles it is!!! I really like the texture and the looks of it....can't find others that i like... so no choice la....

hehe!! ya!! can't find others better than this lei....the sales person taught us how to clean it should they be such stain but Yeak was sayin if after each time use, juz use the shower to clean it thru should be ok... So we gonna risk it...really the tiles are beautiful esp when she brought others for us to match, juz can't make myself to change my heart....that's vanity!!! good thing hubby agree also so anything we share the blame...hehehe P.S: the sales person say to pour cooking oil over it, leave it for awhile before scrubbing it away...hmm I'll get Yeak to help me ask the person one more time how to clean it....
