I won't post the list until I finished recalling and typing for every contractor/id...

some sellers want higher cov not just to cover their agent's commission wor, some of them want some spare cash to renovate the next house, especially if they feel that their reno is still not that old/worn out...

2nd floor might have to even look out for windows... but most importantly, the chute... I've seen xiao qiangs in my chute (the old kind) now... That's why for me, I'm going to build a door in front of chute as well, and possibly spray insecticide every now and now around the chute... not very sure how to prevent them as it is my first time living on low floor as well...

most popular in the forum is yeak but his schedule is full till dec last i heard... depends on what you want to do to get that price bah... WMS wise, subjective also to many... read around t-blogs, they have pics to tell u and some do reveal their quotations...
