I will so want to engage him if I can have time for proper project management, one reason why these defects come up. And probably too many are now*(typo) engaging him and spreading his time thin and those he let to take over the job/sub-contract out didnt do such a great job. That's one reason why I've yet to call him for quotation. Thanks Rasp for bringing that up as I've seen that in a few t-blog these few days too.

I am reconsidering this contractor after viewing the prices and what other people who have used him have commented. Definitely costlier but quality of work may be there.
