typo error the brand my friend recommned is turbo not techno, he's been using his turbo burner for a few years liao so far so good.

aubrey, actually dun heard noise cos i'm living in 16th floor and get home quite late ard 7plus - 8pm, i'm also interested to see the super famous ah soon 3rm reno work, maybe will drop by for your open hse. for me, conise is alright cos can hide the wiring but L-Box is no no, scare got dead insects/dirt inside and my new hse is those low celling type. not suitable to have L-Box. my friend also recommend me rinnai for hood/hob, maybe can take down model and ask uncle to find for u see he got cheaper lobang or not. my colleague recommend me this brand techno, it's an italian brand maybe u can take a look: http://www.happiness.com.sg/ he recommended this triple burner gas hob T6339SS ($438.70).

very informative thread must sticky it. i agreed toilet bowl must get better quanlity. one of my friend sit n broke his bowl. image the pain n trouble to replace it.

heard some bad feedbacks from friends that they dun deliver on time, no delivery at all, delivery wrong products. got to be careful. buy frm sg easlier to coordinate.

it's best not to live in during renovation esp since you're reno the whole place. we put everything in boxes and use a big cloth to cover it, the cloth n boxes are dirty but the stuff inside the boxes are clean. i'm getting my keys on 3rd june, hopefully mid july can move into my new place @ telok blangah cres b4 the ghost month.

wat do u mean by cut cost??? even though we threw away lots of furniture (e.g old sofa, cupboards, table) but somehow our belonging still manage to occupy one full room. it'll will dusty and messy. esp the first few days of hacking. we use a big piece of cloth to cover our stuff inside the room during hacking.

our family stay in hotel for a week but we need to shift our stuff ard the rooms during reno. very tiring esp after a day's work still need to go bk home to shift our stuff than go bk to hotel to sleep.

same as wat i went through when renovating my mom's place. very tiring shifting furniture ard. at least accomdation is settle.

are wall decal suitable for kitchen wall tiles? thinking of painting over existing kitchen wall tiles and stick some decals onto it, is this adviseable?

wah!!! very sad to hear it. dun think it's a gd idea to stay inside the hse when they doing hacking & tiling works. it's very dirty n messy. maybe u can consider staying in hotel? when we last renovate my place, our whole family stay in hotel for around 1week. all 5 of us squeeze inside the hotel room. hahaha.

actually hor, now is the best time to throw out unwanted stuff. but seriously the moving of furniture is going to kill, that time we 3 guys plus my mom n sis also move till siao.
