hi, i've got a 3 storey (999yrs) interterrace at teacher's estate available for sale. i'm not an agent but the owner. land area is 1804sqft & built-in abt 2500sqft. condition is move-in with some minor reno. i'm presently planning to reno before deciding to move-in to stay or to sell (if the price is right). i'm open to any proposition. thanks!

i got a verbal quote fm a subcon of hauhauparquet. he quoted a fix price of $350 for 3 rooms not exceeding 500sqft in area. if area exceeds 500sqft, then the price will be $0.70 psf or $0.80 psf depending on the type of parquet. this price is only for sanding & semi-gloss finish & excludes any replacement or repairs. hope this helps

hi, im new here & in the mist of soliciting quotes for my house reno. what i find most irritating are missing items in the quotations. i kinda get a feeling tht some of the items (although mentioned or definitely needed) are left out intentionally juz so to create an opportunity for the contractor to charge additional costs.

yes it will be measured as 30ft using the longest side because the way the U-shape is joint at the corners

for outdoor weathering...chengai wood will be best....an alternative would be balau (not sure of spelling) wood. i'm also looking to have timber decking at my patio measuring about 97 sqft. i got 2 contractors all quoted the same price of $2500. duuno if its good price?

hi there, im a newbie here too......on the topic of ceiling fans...i do see some adverts with lifetime warranty....does anyone really go get the agent to repair/replace their ceiling fan when spoilt?
