ya, tat time look c c at the M. Sultan showroom, wife saw the mixer, tell me very swee, i ask the salesperson how much, i almost fainted when she told me the price. Then happen to realise that mixer belongs to their higher end range, so we skip the section n go 2nd storey where the prices wun let u have a heart attack.

u can check out Home & bathroom at balestior. They have packages offer ranging 300+ to 400+ if i never remember wrongly. basin mixer, shower mixer, hand shower

Hansgrohe Axor series, the price is crazy! would u pay $1.5k for a basin mixer? of cos i cant afford tat. my hse comes with mixers for all toilet aready, actually thought of changing them all, but thinking again, y waste $$? So juz bought a kitchen mixer and a handshower fr HG. This 2 items enough to burn a big hole in my pocket aready..

I will still go for hansgrohe even though grohe is cheaper. Personally I don like the grohe design, prefer the hansgrohe ones.

I'm referring to the price of the Hansgrohe mixers/rainshowers, they are not friendly to our pocket. Personally, i prefer Hansgrohe to Grohe..

check for hollow tiles, every single pc of them. toilet leveling also quite impt. My toilet was terrible, after wetting the toilet floor, water ponds at one area. Common n master toilet got the same problem. Since yrs is DBSS, the quality should be better then HDB BTO? My BTO **** jialat, quality really F up. Wonder how they pass the inspection before handling over. REported a A4 paper full page of defects. :curse:
