it can be done. the last week there was so much progress at my place. so many 'mini' projects taking simultaneously. but u better tell jason specifically u want it done b4 cny. i was also very clear abt my target date.

relax bro. as mentioned, i only gave jason three weeks. u gave him till CNY, so still plenty of time. also, i m not so meticulous and compromised a little on quality...to some maybe not okay, but im more bochap. staircase and carpentry all to be done only after wedding. n i got a feeling jason will not do them as quickly as he did the first half no more pressure once wedding is over...haha

spent whole day wif jason today at my house. jogged over, so didnt bring camera perhaps tmrw today paintings more or less done. tmrw touch up today heaters n showers are up...but water pipings yet to be installed all toilet doors installed partitions and false ceiling all up and plastered fans n lights are up...but yet to be wired

my friend painted his living room ceiling the darker colour of the walls...and he regretted it. said he should have painted white or a lighter tone as he feels the light colours will make the place look bigger...n higher. for my place...i will stick to white. if not my downlights will stick out like sore thumbs

just to add my two cents worth Jason currently is renovating my EM. He was the only one who was confident to get my EM ready for my marriage. No other contractors nor IDs were willing to make such commitment. For the past three weeks, Jason had been responsible in delegating tasks to his workers in my home, and I am very confident he will deliver his promise to do a temporarily handover this thurs. About Ah Soon's monetary problems and how Jason is similar, I wish to state that Jason has done almost 80% work for my EM, and I have only paid him the initial payment. It's a terrible embarassment for me really, and I hope to pay him more before I go for my honeymoon you can check out my t-blog. i will add pictures of the house soon. jason, if you're reading this, my wife and I thank you for your marriage present. haha

update today...the end of 3 weeks whole house plastering done recess area pebble wash done some downlights installed jason shd be able to deliver his promise to get the house ready for our marriage this friday painting (just white first) tmrw

thanks kopi i bought all my carpets at joochiat 2 big ones and 5 bamboo ones for ground floor 1 furry rug for MBR total less than 1 k...which was our budget

lightings.com wanted to buy 2 fans with regulator(speed control) for $210 for 2 common rooms...but they dont have white. only got silver the warehouse got lots of fan...mostly brand rega though
