I used coolserve before. They use my bathroom to wash the filter and the stain was very difficult to remove. I request them next time to use the basement carpark car washing bay to wash the filter. But they refuse and said only two options: 1. wash at my bathroom, 2. they took back to wash at their office which take a few days and they charge double. With this poor service, I have replace them with another company who willing to wash at the car washing bay.

Sorry for late reply. Mine is resale. Contract amount is half of yours. Started reno 1st week of Dec 09. This week finally completed with some minor items to touch up. Quite a long process with some hipcup.

One thing I want to highlight, their work is slow. My renovation coming to almost 2 months and still haven't complete.

In my opinion: Cost wise is competitive. Material wise, I can only comment after my carpentry completed. ID wise, so far I am satisfied with her service.

Hi, I am currently using IDzign. I have also been through the same process as everyone searching for IDs. In my opinion, the company is not very important, its the ID that make the different. So far, I am happy with my ID. She is patient and committed. I will post some picture later when the carpentry is done. Should be next week.

PL may seem to help you to save money now just to impress you. But later if you regreted and need to change, the cost is much higher. It is very inconvenient when you are staying inside while they renovate.

There is a previous thread on PL with some negative feedback on them. THe boss has deleted the thread.

To me, it is not advisable to have TV below. Not only aircon may leak, it is difficult for the aircon servicing. The serviceman may accidentally scratch your TV or the dust may drop on your TV during cleaning.

I have also been through the same process and finally just confirm my ID. Just to share my experience, you can read a lot of good review of certain ID in this forum. But please don't trust all on what you have read in the forum. Some ID has controlled over the forum and deleted those negative feedback on his company. From my experience, those ID that become popular or hot, their service standard will drop. Unless you show that you are interested to sign up with them, they may not entertain you too much and their response will be slow. So if you are interested to engage hot ID from the forum, you need to have patience and start early, as they take longer time to response to you or you may need to chase them.
