Been almost a month and so far very happy with the progress. Our ID have been very responsive and ever friendly and patient to listen to our requests and sharing with us his point of view to help us make our decision. job by Ernest........ Oh I forgot to mention, our ID is Ernest from Konzept Design Not the most competitive but we believe quality over quantity. Hence the decision to go with him. And glad we were right about our choice. Committed to 2 Crestar last weekend. Though yet to install, but have a good feel abt it as the price I got is competitive and most important of all, the agent gave me customization options. Even throw in a free upgrade of rod (from usual 4" to 1feet) due to my high ceiling. Very happy with the service.

That is IF u on for 8hrs EVERYDAY from 6pm-2am. If u go holiday etc, urban ROI will b longer. Btw, I m going for LED Cos I found a good source..

Hi Shine, I have no idea how much is PE endorsement. if I were to shoot for a figure, I reckon it to be in the region of 3-5K, depending on the "complexity" of the approval. I guess, by now, u should realise that 1 remarkable difference is the haulage fees. Condos easily is 3-5K region bcos of higher labor costs + inflexibility of management to allow "dump trucks" entry. In any case, my advice would be to compare around and make ur final decision on the comfy level and "chemistry" with the ID.

Congrats on ur new home. sounds like a hack of a job. I would estimate it to be anything from 50-60K or more. Cos hacking for condo are REALLY expensive as u need PE submission and approval. I reckon it to be at least a 2-3month job. Remember, bulk of condo reno is labour costs because of the fact that they only work between 9-5.

Personally, the fact that most emits ozone makes me feel uncomfortable!

Sounds tough... much like what is the best car? Rolls Royce? Bentley?

Begun my "next move" in April and managed to find a buyer in June and completed in August. Found my current place in D10 in July, which we collected the keys yesterday. FINALLY! Congrats on ur new home! I am also saddled w debt since clock turned 12.01 few hours back. Became a 'millionaire' overnight liao. Regarding ur country style kitchen, there's a shop along Paya Lebar Road that have such country style cabinets. Its beside the traffic police building. Can't remember e name liao. But their things r quite nice.
