    Never-the-less, We have decided to Move-On... Our company started to design beautiful house since 1999, we have created houses and houses throughout the years, BUT we were so foolish to believe that our old VCR was able to Record the design we created! On top of that, we believed that hiring photographer is the only way to get professional Photos, untill then we were frink-out by the Charges, we then decided to invest an Expensive Latest camera ourselves Forget about the Past! We are now Living in a New World with everyone holding a smart phone, we should concentrate on the latest projects, design using the latest 3D Tools, Manage the projects with the latest technologys, Present them with the lastest forum Platform! Eventually, people Loves to see beautiful House make over and so all the RT member does. Hence, we proudly present the Recent Photos taken for all your reference and commend Every projects has its own story behind the screen, with a simple story write up and alot of Photo shots as its self-explanatory, we would very much hoped to receive your high responding and attention, to make us a better tomorrow Interior Decorator Rosewood Condo This is not the 1st house that we have created for this owner, we have designed their 1st house in woodland HDB 5 Room, No pictures taken so sorry but they expected alot more for their 1st condo in their life, their 2 baby girls have their own rooms so everything are Cartoon & HelloKitty. The Young Couple want to live in a Luxury house so the Rest are Leather and LV.. Pictures that you see are the 2nd make over on the wall paper ever since the 2 girls have grown up.

    Trust me, this will not work with Thick skin fellow but you are creating a reason for him to stop work in your house instead Send a sms plus email to inform him to re-schedule by a given date, if still no reply just go to case trust to lock in report to stop all payment and his work, report to police so that you are safe to replace your own lock, file in small claim to claim the payment that job were not done... calculate your balance sum and get replacement contractor to finish up the rest of the work

    Its the same scenario like your friends who owed you money, they wouldn't picked up your call too

    Nat, you will not get your money back that is for sure... Sorry for making such a statement, but this was what usually other ppl did came across. But you should atlease file in the claim so that the amount is clearly stated to avoid future point to argue.

    This is not the 1st case, there were tons of them and I personally seen before. Nat no more payment please and stop liasing with this company, go file in to case trust immediately to get a professional loss calculation over the contract signed with this contractor, follow by small claim over this amount. Meanwhile you have to find your place to stay during the progress, find out how much money you have left and start sourcing for renovator base on your balance...hope my advise help this poor guy.

    Going direct contractors means you are totally responsible for the overall coordination, you have to face the truth that contractors will only do their parts and you can't blame them for Not being coorperative with work that are out of their work scope. Inorder to make you understand more about the the problem you might face for hiring different contractor, these are the example: Hacker will blamed the Tiler when there are choking drainage or the Tiler will blamed the Hacker, how are you going to solve this problem? Tiler will blamed the Plumber when there is a water seepage and the Plumber blamed the Hacker and the Tiler, how are you going to handle this issue? Plumber is going to damage the wall tiles and the Tiler refused to replace the Tiles, how are you going to bring them back together? Carpenter will damage the piping and Plumber is going to charge you a high labour, you think you are smart enough to ask the Carpenter to compensate, but what happen is the Carpenter refused to pay for it just because you did not warned them with a detail drawing, what do you think you can do to them? Hiring a main-con means you are hiring their skill & experience in coordination work, when you are going direct, means yourself are a Main-con already, naturally you are entitled to have a cheaper pricing as you are paying to yourself, but when there are any of the above situation happening in your job site, you might end up paying double unless you planned to play Rough by not paying the contractor in full, ultimately you might face a worse circumstance than ever- by being threaten by the contractors for not paying them in full. My most advise if you still insist to find your direct, you may try hiring a Carpentry company that is able to provide you with design, and hire an experienced contractor to handle the overall wet work, that will help alot in saving your time & $$$

    Remember to avoid to schedule Noisy work on weekend, otherwise contractor License will get suspendent.

    ok...Since you have already set the Tile price as $3.50psf, does that mean your contractor only charge you $1.50 for overlaying and include all Halauge & adhesive? If that is so and his workmanship is good please give me his contact, i would like to use him as my contractor too btw i personally think your ID is charging you correctly if he provide design, good service, hacking & everything needed for this job... just my 2 cents of advice hope you choose your right renovator
