  1. But tampines 3rm flat consider one of the high resell price beside those near city area.
  2. I have just check with them 2days ago regards to Opennet. My ex-owner has rejected the free installation offer and now if I want to install, I got to pay $200+ for them to come install. I have email them about this issus and told them the reason as I just move in but they dun give chances again once rejected their offer.

  4. At first, I was thinking to keep and just polish the marble flooring but when I did the final inspection and notice that the marble flooring already spoil and super stain. Better hack away incase nightmare next time. For the Ikea foldable dinning table cost me about $200+ and save me alot of space in my small small house.

  6. Any newly shifted member to tampines? I hear some store rm cannot be hack away due to prefab wall reason. After hearing, I think I quite lucky that my store rm is those hidden inside and not inbetween living hall & kitchen.
  7. I also very confusing. You are the seller, right? If yes, by now you should have already have a place to stay, right? i.e: New flat, parents house, rental etc.... The HDB will mail you a letter and inform you the date to vacant, mostly is on the day before 2nd appt. .
  8. Yes, they confirm know that it me that complain them as I just moved there. I notice they have been doing this since I view the flat. As that whole house is rented out to afew ah tiong FT and I even saw the owner of the flat come talk to them about this issus. This is also my first time living in corrdor HDB flat too.
  9. Yes, I did. Mine is next to corner flat and my corner neighbour hang their laundry at the corridor by using those stand and bamboo stick covering half of my door. Everytime open door will see their clothing i.e Underwear. I take photo and email to town council, told them its a fire hazard toward my family and also if there is fire on their clothing, my family will not have escape route. I think town council will not dare to take the risk which concern on fire safety issus. TC send notice to them to stop hanging their laundry at the corridor but after 1month there is no action done by them, I send another email to town council again but this time round, I cc the mail to the MP in-charge. Guess what, few days later everything is gone from the corridor till now. Sometime really must come hard on them as no point talking to yr neighbour. Good luck to you..
  10. Hi everyone. Do you request to have extra tiles from yr ID to keep, just incase next time when you need to replace and the tiles no more stock coming out liao.
  11. Thanks d' lotus. Quite lucky to find this flat our own after seeing the classified properties in the straits times. We have view about 20 flats in tampines area but all asking cov higher than my current flat that time. All asking around 20k that time.

  13. OIC. When I OTP during last year July, the cov also high and valuation is high too. Seller asking 15k cov that time and my offer 12k is the highest to secure the deal.(pocket burn big hole) Val @ 27+k + 12k cov (high floor with original condition) but now alots seller asking about 50k cov at my blk and most sold within 1week.

  16. Yes, I did off set the position. As my ID said it will have more space for shower. The old picture showing the toilet door is from the kitchen and new picture show the toilet door is from MBR.

  18. I was like you before. Everything will also call the ID about it. But I learn to accept it as things cannot be 100% perfect when come to tiles and somemore ours is resale flat. Hope to see yr reno complete soon. Thanks for sharing.
  19. Hi, everyone. Anyone know what is the most wanted HDB flat type in current market now be it resale & New from HDB. Please help to cast yr vote and possible post an answer to yr vote. Thank you in advance as the vote is just for my own reference only. My vote is 3rm because now more couple do not want to have child or most only with 1 child.
  20. Agree with you. Never never paid a agent be it seller or buyer till end of 2nd appt completed and also make sure during the final inspection on the flat you are buying is fully totally empty.
  21. Why seal? Got those advertising pamphlets also not bad. If not everyday also see letter only, very sian. Seeing letter mean bill payment time liao, haha. Sometimes those advertising pamphlets also got good promotion stuff too, some people staying condo want also dun have lor.
