Hey my red_devil buddy, Sorli for late reply, yes, keys already collected, managed to get all the "make-up" done within 10days and have already moved-in...now still onli abt 80% finished unpacking.... ..more to go....getting more & more tired doing the unpacking...... ...... Nop, this time I left the stair's-railings alone........did not removed it.......hhahaaaa............check-it out ! cheers!

Agrees with what ossify said......ther are no such things as waiting for the best tiler....dun be fooled by the ID....me too never belives ID.....that why I hv always done my own homework, do my own coordination by getting contractor(s) to do the job....and call my own shots.... Caution, you can push the ID on the job, but never push them for a quick completion...it will dissapoints you on their quality level...... Cheers!

Hey butter... Yah nice window panels.... ..but not so nice to maintain it .. ...make sure u spent time to clean it periodically...if not....it becomes like the previous owner conditions..... ........hahahah It definately takes time to unpack.....myself have moved in since mid-dec'09....untill now....only the lower level are 95% cleared...as the upper level....onli 60%.....enough room for sleep first...others can wait......hahhahahaha Cheers!
