  1. dun forget you need to lay a electrical point to operate it......local models doesn't come with the flushing sound onez hehe......
  2. The price from Laura Ashley is very expensive, even if I buy direct also need to pay like $60 per meter. Taka is selling them at $65 per meter..... I know the UK fabric is meant for 4 seasons, but for that kind of price, it's really too much already......but no doubt their design is very very nice. We almost got fainted when we see the quotation, $7K+ after the expected Oct discounts somemore......
  3. what for? it's not going to wash til ur butt clean clean, that thing in Japan is mainly for music play for the women only......
  4. Joo Chiat complex is a m@t place, may not suit TS's taste or not.
  5. i also saw Audio House selling Daewoo, but I dunno if they are really the holeless tub one, will go down Audio House to verify later but they are front loader if i'm not wrong.....
  6. dun need to quickly get lah, i think hongliang has been selling it for $460 since day 1 lol! I need to wash my kitchen tiles til clean clean to welcome the 2 new family members mah.....opps...i meant the Sharp 1150 and Panasonic 402..... tomorrow night contractors coming, will ask them how to get rid of the thick layer of left over tiles powder.....
  7. getting Sharp 115, coz of the holeless tub. can't get Daewoo in SG.
  8. just called them, the guy james spoke very FAST lol! dun need to go down and pay, just order and they will deliver, collect cash at the door!!
  9. HongLiang quoted $880....haven't negotiated with them yet. Everjoint $868 confirm? i forgot to ask them about the fridge yesterday.....coz they kept pushing me for Hitachi washer lol!
  10. ok, confirm $460 from HongLiang lol! Can pay on delivery one, dun need to go down and pay.
  11. i heard Sharp comes with 5 years warranty, not sure if it's still 5 years hehe... I think the "major" revolution is the Ag+ to prevent growing of germs and the special filter to prevent dirty stuff coming into the washer. Some people still have the old fashion mindset about relying solely on hot water to kill germs. Perhaps these washer companies shall engage a research lab to show the actual fact, which one is more effective and which one is more environmental friendly. if you dun need the above features, dun change lah, save the earth too....
  12. eyeing on this AG1150F too, WHAT? $460 ONLY? think I better give HongLiang a call liaoz...... btw, is it made in china?
  13. what I am paying for, is the technologies, not where it is made of lah. Companies like Sharp and Hitachi, are quite strict on their QC one, just that I dunno if the standard is still there. See if anybody using the Sharp washer lor. For the price of $500, it's already cheaper than Panasonic liao lah. just saw somebody bought this model for $460 at HongLiang about 3 months ago.....
  14. think i have the prices on hand liao, going to tekan audio house and see if they can offer even better price hehe.......if not will get from everjoint lah, anybody joining me?
  15. leen, tried calling everjoint they "counter-recommend" hitachi one as it's cheaper and not made in china woh. is your Sharp made in China? I dunno if i shall really concern about MIC stuff....
  16. yah, going to call GAB later hehe....but already switched my mind to get Sharp instead..... just curious if any of you happened to buy from Mustafa hehe....
  17. the electricity consumption is directly related to the nett capacity and the numbers of time you open the door lah. nothing to do with the numbers of doors......and different engine also have different power consumption too, even under the same brand. Usually the free standing one is more power consumption, i dunno why lah, but its size is just too HUGE for normal HDB, you need to spare at least 1.2-1.5 meter in width to handle these giant fridges......
  18. but the energy savings is not justified in terms of $$$....the government shall impose heavy levy for environmental unfriendly fridge!! wah......aircon is like almost $0.10 for every hour!
  19. including delivery? do you think can still press further if buying washer together? hehe......when are you getting yours?
  20. are you guys getting this fridge anytime soon? please share your lobang latest quote from a shop in IMM (phone call, b4 negotiation) is $880 by cash.

  23. I happen to check out Samsung bigger fridge, eg, the RSH1NEMH http://www.samsung.com/sg/products/refrige...=Specifications it's using R600a and I'm not too sure what's the refrigerant Panasonic inverter using. Samsung RSH1NEMH is using just 550kwph per year and its capacity is 554liter, but panasonic one is 621kwph per year with a capacity of just 395 liter, how come samsung one is so much energy efficient with a much bigger capacity? hope to gather more info before I commit straight to Panasonic fridge hehe.....
