1. Legs best point toward either N or S. Once you understand how the earth self revolves and the centrifugal force, you will appreciate what I write here. So , over my whole house I insisted only "white light" thought it looks "hard" while those "yellowish" light looks "soft" & "cosy", but no good for reading in long term.

Decided to bend the principle slightly and put the "face" down, why? Realised i'm really "behind time" after getting a personal android smartphone last mnth. Has been using the co's "dumb" mobile handset for 11 yrs or so. After some study, decided to get Samsung galaxy S2 instead of BlackBerry, Iphone4, or Nokia, because of the OS. If you pay attention to the developement, you will know why. Lengthy words, not to discuss here. Really, the handset makes everything "on the go" - no go, will be left behind. After re-read the "Who moved my cheese?" by Spencer Johnson like a lightning strike me -has to make some changes to life. Believed, the young working professional know what I meant. Will be back to school(SIMGE) again next January, 2 yr part time. Submitted application & all docs liao. Expected to be the "oldest" student in the class, just to fulfill a dream I have some 18 yrs ago. Perceived have climbed to almost top of the coporate ladder, have wife, 2 children aged 16 & 14, have car, has one fully redeemed 5rm, and one FH condo under construction, what else I "want"? Now jogging/chinup/push up/situp hard, hope to reduce at least 1 inch "fat" at waist when school starts. Also, will take up an archery course soon, to shape the mind to stay determined & focused. Wish me all the best lah! I boh paiseh! I shall declare I'm back! -
Put my "face" down, I'm back again. Yap, u need a lawyer to interact in between HDB & yr bank. Remember lawyer'll talk to lawyers only. Yr lawyer will inform you how much to pay the bank as at the day of 2nd appt. Whether doing full redeemption or selling house while still on loan, the legal fee is approx SGD650 for 5rm HDB flat, clear?.

Big "build in" areas have small $psf values. Small "build in" areas have high $psf value. Their correlationship is a like a left-hand-side portion of a hyperbolic cosine curve. Y-axis being "build in". X-axis being "$psf". It is not a tangent +45 degree curve. Chiam hor? -

Feel like crying. Personally, have taken 1 hdb loan and 3 bankloans. Now still servicing 2 bankloans. 1st sept 2011 will "finish" 1 loan and remain 1 loan. So, agar agar know how this credit facility works, still learning. Actually, have a few insurance/endo related "loans", need to pay $$$ every month and some yearly. Frankly speaking, I've lost count as to what is what & which is which and how much. Don't know anyone of you got this "encounter" or I'm abnormal? Today's FS has become "rojak". I'll write as many as I can today. Not now, may be tonight. -

A cause will bring abt some effects, this is life. Today, 15th July 2011, my last day here, but not "doom" day. I also no experience setting up forum le, can make $$ or not? I already have too many hobbies which "waste" money & time as my wife claimed. So, have been trying zooming in those areas which generate revenue (money face). You also observe this yuh? This indicates you are no longer young. Organisation Behaviour study suggests that when one gets older, more "resistance to change" will develop. That's what ppls say " cannot teach old dogs new tricks". But management so far seems does not suggest either stomach too full or too empty will bring abt "change". Only those too full like to come out with "funny ideas" to make them looked busy, those too empty stomach sincerely & eagerly like to change to better? like street protest? So many SA or "shoeboxes" suddenly, don't know out of ideas of too full or too empty? -

Many thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm no longer a 3-yr old child, or one just passing out from school. I've established some "principles" over the years. Now "it" violated one of the pricinples which I've developed over the yrs - pride and integrity. Or can call this as "face" as well. So this is a "face" issue. Like climbing up a ladder/hill, always up, no down. Or like a work relationship in a company, once "promoted" cannot be "demoted". Once demoted meaning - OUT!. Got it? I was once "promoted" to moderator, but, abt 2 wk back, account flagged down by Admin because of "massive removal" of files. This is a typical case of "good intention leads to no good result". You never noticed those 2005, 2006 threads gone liao meh? -

WHATs are so special about SW direction? Houses with no "SW" owners remained single or always quarell with others??? Divide a house into "9 palace": CW rotation: N, NE, E,SE, S,SW, W, NW, C. Only a house layout assembles the mirror image of "L" which has no "SW" palace. Next time go to other ppls' house, open eye big big hor, if see no "SW" corner, better stay far from owner! -

A property mortgage loan amount of <SGD80K, banks usually don't "entertain", but.... - If one has long standing and sound credit record with the borrowing bank & good "relationship" with the bank representative (or so called private banker), thing goes smooth. - If for "enquiry request" only and first timer with the bank, they'll tell immediately NO, NO, NO. Reason: little "juice" but high risk. The checking of one's financial earning power/liabilities/age/assets take time and "$" for the bank concerned. - Say,100K, 10yr tenure with 1% interest difference between 2 banks: ONLY abt $44/per month different! 100% guanranteed you that solid rods can "chime", I've seen those in Japan. String broke sure cannot "chime". Why broke? Corrosion? moisture?UV light? Too "noisy" someone shoot it down? cause of gravitional force + wind force? These are "negative" forces. After the japan trip, I put up two near my study bench window, wife complained "so noisy". Before they were shot down, or acted by "negative forces", I brought them down and keep first.

Can either install non-reflective solar film, curtain, temperature-sensitive film, etc etc. Never ever put "mirror" at windows, invite only "human disasters" whether intentionally or not, better believe me.

Convenience always comes with costs. Want convenience or save cash first? Must ask yourself, to rent for WHAT, for HOW LONG? at HOW MUCH? 2. Pty transaction is abt 4 wks "faster/quicker" than HDB resale transaction (at mercy of seller, I would say). If cash not enough for the "turn-around", can always consider bridging loan (abt effective interest rate of 14% per month for 6 months, monthly interest abt (borrow amount*0.14)/6). Stay at PIL's place for a month or 2? But those barang barang? 3. Hurry to move? Google the web abt the difference of purchasing property for "own stay" and "investment". Will help to raise your horizon. Notes: -The People's Bank of China has increase, the 3rd time within this year, its lending rate to 6.0%, one-year deposit 3%. PBOC has raise 6th time within this year its RRR(Required Reserve Ratio) to 21%, as monetary policy.Intention is to "keep/absorbe" cash from market to banks. Why? beside fighting inflation. The pty price for the 18 cities has finally fell 23%. In short, developers want to collect back money quick by cutting price. When will this happen to Singapore? Singapore's RRR has been maintained at 10%, won't be surprise if MAS announce sudden increase to 12%, then.... -USA 'll have presidential election in Sept this yr. He can't print money anymore, debt ceiling is at the corner, he has to "paint" a nice picture before being elected..... - PIIGS, problematic one by one.
