erm... just click on the link "my friends" above the orange color "approve new friends" on the menu in the left column and you can see who your friends are in mylot if you dun have many, then at the "myfriends" link, click to see my profile, then go to "my friends" (green color) on my profile. Click on the various profiles in my friends, then on the left menu, click on "add as friend" to add them to your friend list... then when you go to the discussion tab, clicking on "discussions my friends started" will list all the topics that your friends in your list started. Join in their discussions and it will continue from there! he he... not difficult at all

hmm... not necessary... as long as we regular visit each other's topic, we should be good! heh heh... I have set the notification to on for all your profiles... so each time you post a new topic, I will try to join in... that way, we keep each other in the loop to keep the threads moving cool rite? and if the thread gets enuff post, more people will join... and you will get extra ratings as well also, try to add positive rates to each other as much as possible as well, where appropriate... this will boost your earning power as well

well, you can check out the mylot link here to see for yourself... since it is chit chat we like, as long as you post... you will get paid... there are some methods to it... so sign up, add me as your friend, then we can start liow tell you first ah... earning is just a few cents per post... but it is better than nothing going at the rate you guys are chatting, it should be good residual side income

well, you can look at it in two ways... one, the want to be able to fill out any gaps between the trunking and the wall during plastering. two, they want to plaster and paint without any delay or interuptions from the installations of the trunking. should they plaster first, and the air-con men scratch/damage the wall/plaster, then they have to plaster all over again, cos the trunking will require some minor hacking and nailing of plastic trunk to the wall. should they plaster first, the will still have to do a second round of plastering to touch up the gaps between the wall and the trunk... this will mean additional man hours == more cost. So it is quite reasonable for them to request for plastering to be done after the air-con trunking is done to be more cost effective and efficient my two cents

copper also will oxidise in damp environment... turning a mouldy green color with time... especially under the sink area and toilet areas to each it's own actually. Some like the silver look of SS some like the gold look of copper... which usually will turn a dark brown with time

i know they are not the only ones... but what is the point of reporting an incident and not following up to ensure that the couple got the rectifications they required to get their home done up properly in the first place? sigh...

SS can be bend... due to the toughness and the brittleness of the metal as compared to copper, SS can only be bend to a certain angle... usually about 45 degrees, max! for corners, fixtures and joints is required, especially for those 90 degrees angled corners

serious ah... one year still not completed? hmm... in this case, how is CASE and RADAC going to help? does the owner have to fork out the difference in price to do the rectification works or will the contractor involved be the one bearing the cost?going to CASE and RADAC is just a legal formality... sekali they throw the couple all the legal mumbo jumbo, end up still gotta suck thumb and pay more money ontop of the spent reno budget to get the works rectified... sigh... wu kong kanna bo kong... The respective representatives CASE and RADAC did not outline what steps they are going to take to help the enstranged couple leh.... I hope CNA will follow up on this story so that we know that CASE and RADAC does serve a purpose other than collecting money to "approve" companies with their logos

Any husband would be disgusted and betrayed (in some sense) if it happened to them! Putting myself in your shoes, it would be easier said than done to bite the bullet and face what is to come. So here is what I want you to do... Sit yourself down... think of your AD... who is the first person that comes to mind? A? B? or no one in particular? Close your eyes... think one year down the road... you are in your living room, who is the one sitting on the couch in front of the TV? A? B? or no one in particular? Close your eyes... imagine yourself on your bed, when you open your eyes in the morning, who do you see? A? B? or no one in particular? Now bring yourself 5 years down the road, who do you see walking beside you when you are shopping? A? B? or no one in particular? 5 years from now, in your kitchen, and you are cooking a sumptuous meal... who is sitting in the dining room? A? B? or no one in particular? if you do not have a clear answer to all the above questions... my best advice for you is to hold off your AD till you are TOTALLY clear on what you want. When i say totally, i really mean totally! No need to pause and think to look for an answer when being ask the above questions! I am a person who treasure relationships, that is why i did not just get into a relationship for the sake of it. My First girlfriend is now my wife... and i treasure her for who she is, and who she loves --> me. And I am sure A would want the same... so if you cannot give him the very basic thing in a marriage... your heart, then you gotta seriously reconsider your situation and position instead of going thru the motion of a marriage. This will save you lots of regrets and heartaches in time to come. Don't just ask "what if"s if you have no love for the man you are marrying... ask more of what you are going to do about it. We can only show you the door, whether to walk thru it or not, it is up to you.

One of the best places to get tiles from which one did you go to? the one in Defu lane or the one in balestier road? if you are going to the one in Defu, remember to look for Ian... she did a great job explaining all the different type of tiles they carry and how to go about selecting them alternatively, you can go to my blog to read up more
