We refer to your application to buy a 5-Room/Exec flat in Sembawang in the August 2010 Sale of Balance Flats Exercise. We have conducted the computer ballot and your queue position to select a flat of 00078 far exceeds the number of flats on offer. We will monitor the take up of the flats and may invite you to select a flat depending on the availability of flats and ethnic quota. As this is a system generated mail, please do not reply to this mail. You can view the Frequently Asked Questions on Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) Exercise (After Release of Ballot Results) for more information. If you have further queries, please email us at hdbsales@hdb.gov.sg. Yours faithfully LEE YAT THONG HEAD (SALES OPERATIONS) sigh,,, failed again.

wudimax replied to Djorkaeff's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
no means of disrespectful, after email henry, never reply to me for 2 weeks, sms him again, reply said wait for while and he searched for my email, finally found it , and said will get back to me. give me a feeling of not being profesional feeling. and please do a search for the works under him to get a better view. i had decided to drop him, and go for better response. -
guys, have you consider sueing him? my relative recently engaged a contractor. to put in simple words, the process is delay. Then my relative look for a lawyer and send a letter. The total renovation took around 40+k, end up contractor wants to settle outside. so eventually paid 20k. 5k wents to lawyer. though he managed to save some money. time and effort is wasted due to irresponsible contractor. This note here teaches how you can save guard yrself in similar suituation.

it is in the another reonovation thread, need to cut the coupon and present to the bank. not sure the promotion still on or not.

i thought the lowest rate currently is 3%? i will like to check for couple, each earning gross 3k. how much are they limited to? As i saw some website stating that at most can loan up to 6 times of salary or 30k, whichever is lower.
