  1. Why don't u just put his contact no. here so everyone will benefit and keep u less busy...
  2. From what I'm reading here is u r the main-con, the rest is sub-cons or sub-sub-cons....so whatever make the wrong move is your call, such as buying a cheap wrought iron gate, it rusted after awhile, then start to complain here and there. As u want to save cost here and there which is understandable, then u must also understand that cheap doesn't mean good quality of material and workmanship. It a give and take thingy, no such thing as pay for a cherry QQ but want Merc quality.
  3. At least u know who to answer for when there are defects instead of sub-con a push to sub-con B, then to sub-con C and so on... Tot there always a saying, u pay peanut, u get monkey. Don't expect that cheap will give u good workmanship or quality of material, etc..
  4. Ah........looking for a 24k gold plated tap, maybe need to ask XXX's ID/contractor where he got that. Just joking:P U can ask any goldsmith to do that for u, think shouldn't be any issues at all.
  5. Hi Joel, I saw your post on your explanation just now but not sure why it was taken out? U do explained yourself quite well and at least let others understand the both sides of the whole issues rather than pinned all to your faults.
  6. If talked nicely can't be resolve how? Think the hse owner already stated he had talked nicely to him but problem still lies. Saw he logged in but didn't care to explain himself so that even made what the hse owner said more convincing? How bout ask him to try explaining himself here so that we can hear both sides stories just as u stated? It also good for him and his business as things able to solve out nicely.
  7. As usual as what happen to the other hse owners used him...only by posting here will get his attention to make thing start to work...
  8. Whatever advises now is asking u to pay that poor ID the balance. And that the best help u received so far from the foumers.
