  3. My electrian, recommend me MK. I wanted Legrand but he say might not be good. To me I was using MK before rennovate, so I'm fine with his recommendation. I think Clipsal and MK very similiar (personal opinion). If you ask me, go for the most expensive brand - seen no different in quote. But, you must try the switch yourself. Some are noisy and some are easy to break.
  4. I'm using titles and stainless Steel backsplash. I know it's difficult to maintain stainless steel but I feel it's much easy to clean compare using titles.
  5. I've arranged to install 1 exhaust fans in my MBR. No need to rebuild the window and frame. The power will be tap from the bathroom light or water heater. I am staying in HDB with louver windows, so they will remove the glass panel and fit a panel with fan to cover the windows area.
  6. Just confirm with Toshiba - this aircon model required 20 amp MCB Type-C because the surge is around 75 ohm when the motor kick-in. Therefore, please take note if anyone going to install this aircon.
  7. Hi everyone, I really need some help. Yesterday, I just install Sys 1 - Toshiba RAS-24SKPX in my home. I did rewiring to my HDB and fixed a 20 amp isolater for this air con. But, the 20 amp MCB Type-B tripped 2 twice intially. The air con man insist it's my current not enough and suggest to fix a 20 amp MCB Type-C. But, my electrician claim this is not allow in HDB. So, I need advice is this air con really need higher pulling current? When the air con man by pass the MCB (direct current) the air con work fine. Then, he swap by using another 20 amp MCB Type-B and no issue. Finally, it put back to the original 20 amp MCB Type-B and no issue. So, my second question was will there be any issue later? Is the compressor required more then 20 amp for initial start up? What should I do to ensure no issue using this air con? I'm stress and given no option. Going to 20 amp MCB Type-C, I need to take my own risk because it's not allow to install in HDB but it resolve the air con issue. Anyone here can help? Thank you.

If anyone have did this setting before able to share your exprience? Thank you.
  10. I rewire my house (5A HDB) cost me $5600. Perhaps, you might need to revise your light point. Item 1 and 5 - look the same to me. Also, I add extra cost $550 - for 2 CAT 6 points + 1 SCV + 2 G power point and prepare trunking for open net. Although, I feel the price on high side but the workman ship is good.

I would recommend their services but they might not be the cheapest in the market. Do call them and seek their quote for comparison. Most important - most move will have some issue but with right people it can be resolve immediately.
