I found a problem on the corridor. It was raining when i arrived, some how the corridor floor is so wet. Turn out it spill from the downspout If i want to fix this, which one shall i approach? HDB or town council? Anyone can help? TIA

I have to move out by the end of Apr no matter what.

Halo All, Just come back after buying bathroom accessories. Both for S$400. Other accessories got 20% discount. Last week bought home appliances. Last 2 week chose the tiles for living room, kitchen and bathroom. Next week will start hacking. Wish me luck

Halo MohGuan, You might want to try Gallery T I went there last weekend, and saw they have a plenty tiles to choose. I did saw something like green gradient tiles with a bigger size (60X60) Or maybe you can try to send the pic to them. Good luck bro

What i like is, it is very bright, and the seller say it is energy saving. 3 tube will consume only 36 watt. Any one can confirm this?
