(BEST TECH) my heart sank after seeing all da neg comments here.. really die if the aircon leak or pipe leak.. plus if while installing they damage your plaster wall!??? zzzzzzzz now really scratching head whether to forfeit the 200 deposit or shld i just go ahead and cross my finger i maybe one of the lucky ones... somemore best tech say get their "extended" warranty is a safer choice becoz all parts and labour cost will be cover.. dunno true anot..

yea i agree.. but then i dunno any contacts for electrical works.. and hacking is going to start soon next week.. and i am very very excited over it.. tiles for da kitchen and toilet was chosen already. colors for the walls also done..and color for my wardrobe now left me to source for my hood and hob.. lightings..

i am actually reusing back alot of old stuffs.. like fridge.. washing machine.. i already gotten my tv and aircon.. now my contractor say i only need to get is hob n hood and lightings.. plastering i think i must do leh.. coz hor.. very ugly.. zzz da flat very original in da condition.. so rewiring oso need to be done.. i actually complain to da ID saying why da electrical works so ex.. he say is around this range.. and i did tot outsourcing.. but then i tot it would be better to have all in one service as i heard of bad coordination if you have a couple of diff ppl doing reno for your hse... i try to limit my budget coz i cant afford to spend too much as used up all da savings to buy the hse due to taking bank loan plus da COV now i am getting abit worried abt the toilet pipings as seems that it leaked before
