hi all calypso fans, my hubby really like the calypso sofa when we saw it yesterday, wanna change the cushion material to leather but the sales person said cannot... anyone has experience on changing the cushion material? hubby very scared of hotness so he will die in that suede material... Thanks in advance ya~

i took 2 weeks - viewed 12 units and OTP-ed the 11th one my sis moved house 2 times and for both cases, she viewed only 2 units then confirmed liaoz.

coldflamez, woooo nice wood-like floor tiles! did you see any darker ones at SBH? i was looking for this kind of tiles too~ i also want orange and white kitchen... but my hubby says he wants lime green and silver one... still thinking about it hahaha Google SketchUp is very fun... can be quite addictive actually hahaha... i'm still trying to draw mine... hope can post them one day when i have my own t-blog hee hee... just wondering, do you complete the entire design liao, then pass to your contractor? or the design still keeps changing along the way?

i recently viewed a 4-room at the same block, valuation is 310k. there was another 4-room listed in this block with the same valuation. both were low floor though... but even if high floor, dun think valuation will go beyond 350k.. so seems like 300k for 3-room is on the high side.
