  1. Thanks, I will wait for another month and redo the painting again.
  2. I have done my home renovation recently (2 months) and have build a study room by adding 2 walls and I'm having issue with the crack lines appearing on the walls. The painters have come and done a second round of painting but after 2 weeks the crack lines appear again. Anyone know which paint is good to cover crack lines.
  3. I didn't box up the heater, it's the big ugly pipe at the service balcony that are above the heater.
  4. My Citygas heater is also giving me the same problem as yours. To make things worst, my contractor went to box up the pipe on top of the heater and left no gap in between yesterday. I could smell gas last night from my dinning area and I make them adjust the box higher but only 5cm over the heater, I tell them that this is not per the requirement as it needs 30cm gap for ventilation. We have no choice except to open a larger hole at the bottom of the box up for ventilation. Hope this is approved as I'm getting CityGas guy to check next week when they are here to re-connect the gas pipe to my stove.
  5. Why is the exact location of Jane? Staying in SK for 2+ years and don't know where to go for food. I have tried the zi char at Buangkok MRT (go to the one without air-con) and the food is good.
  6. my gate... it! Hi Sam, Your gate look nice, could I know where you get your gate from? How much is it? Cec
  7. Hi strawberry, Do you have their tel no, could you please pm me as the website doesn't seem to have the contact details. Thanks, Cec
  8. Hi froggy, I'm sure you will miss the space as I had the same experience 2 years ago. I moved from a 151 sqm EM to a 110 sqm 5 Room and I actually dispose of almost 2/3 of my stuffs. After staying here for 1+ year, I'm moving again and back to a 141 sqm EA as my family feel so cramp in the 5 room. I actually still have 6 boxes of unopen stuffs sitting at friend's warehouse (luckly don't have to pay for rent for this). I didn't pay anything for disposing off my stuff, I get a guy so called karang-guni (not sure if he is) to remove all the stuffs for me and understand that he sells whatever he can and throw the rest.
  9. Oh! really for granite then I may have to re-consider. I'm at Rivervale Drive and moving to Rivervale Walk.
  10. Hi, I'm new here and have been reading lots of T-Blog. I'm also from Sengkang but not as fortunate as rest of you that have 6 - 8 weeks for renovation. I only have 3 weeks and therefore couldn't do much. Back to the topic, what do you think of granite or marble top ... maintenance needed?
