Ang kor kor, Not only refer to your post. Happened that my col sitting beside me just moved to JB Bukit Indah area. So he did alot of research for me. hehehehe. Actually, to me, the lighting is the same regardless you buy it in JB or SG. Afterall, lights won't spoil easily! On the woods thing, well, to be honest, it's better to stick with SG as I think there are some sort of SG certified standard on those thing. At least some quality control. Anyway, only lights and certain funitures are cheap in JB. Switches from SG still the best price.

In my humble opinion, WIW cannot share with study room (gaming room). I tell you why. After a girl dress up, first thing first, they will ask u, ei darling, pretty or not? OK or not? YET, they will not only ask once, will ask at least 5 times on the same dress!!! Next, after you said OK, SUPERB, they will change again and ask you again...OK or not? then after you answered, doom day!!!! WHICH ONE BETTER DARLING?? Man, I can't handle this well if I'm in the mid of my MMORPG...imagine raiding half way and yet I need to answer all these tricky questions. Going to make me mad! So, definitely a no go to put WIW with my gaming room! a BIG NO NO~~~~~ Samgirls, I'm not insulting you...hehehe...mayb you are the different type...lol..hope you dont mind! I'm still thinking to squeeze WIW inside my MBR. See anything IDs can come out. We should put certain level of trust into their "professional" background. hahaha... OK. Off now guys and girls. OMG, whole MBR become WIW. My wife will goes crazy when she read this. Shhhh....keep quiet! Actually, My bedroom3 will be the guest room and bedroom2 will be so called my study room (a.k.a GAMING ROOM!!! ). I planned to put my SGD10k PC inside there, Xbox, wii, ps3, tonnes of comics inside there!!! wahahahahaha.....can't wait can't wait!!!! wah, that choo jiang is cheaper! yes! thank you for the information sharing!!!!! what I mentioned is for 1 gang. But just beware of Legrand switches especially those color (such as black, silver or gold) types. It's tear and wear. They only having a coat of color on top of white base frame. After sometimes, the color will gone and you can see the whitish base frame. So, best is use white color switches. Another thing on legrand switches. They are using non-standard casing. In future, when you are going to change the switches, you die die must buy back Legrand as the enclosure (which embedded inside wall) and their mounting is different with others. One last thing on legrand power point. Their design is good. slim and compact. But just beware that if you are having adapter or those special charger which go sideway. It will blocked the other power point at the side (those 2 power point together types). Having this problem on my current house. So many bad things on Legrand. Hopefully they wont ban me!! lol....

Wah Mr. El, you do your own design using google sketch? I downloaded the software but got no idea at all how to do it man...hahahaha....any tips and tricks? lol... Btw, you engaging ID or Contractor? the kitchen tiles very nice! i planned to do that way as we are heavy cookers as well....dont want end up monthly using toothbrush to clean it! hehehe...

Hi SamGalz, if you are trying to look for cheap lightings, I did some research. hehehe... For those T5 lights, it is super cheap back in JB, Malaysia. it's only RM18 for 3ft or 5ft (sorry..forgot) inclusive of the tube and the casing. Downlights is very cheap as well. If I'm not mistaken, is RM22 with GE bulb inside. For switches, I plan to use Legrand which I manage to find an industrial supplier with cheap price. SGD3.80 for 1 switch. Let me know if you want his contact.

yeah, no choice. I got no where to put already. Another design is bed locate beside the MBR door and facing the toilet wall, then WIW put behind door. Left out that window corner duno doing what...... my wife saying that this design actually not good as from the bed, you can actually see straight to the window which to her, quite scary....who knows midnight, you saw something fly over at the window.....

I'm not sure whether it is the pre-fab. Anyway, i believe all the walls can't be hack off. Else need get approval bla bla bla... For the WIW, I planned to put near the window area in MBR. The whole corner sealed off become WIW. Just planning, not sure if it's good. Need to ask all the experts inside here and IDs outside there.

wah simon, you scare me on the closet design thing leh...hehehehe...Laminated chip board. got no idea what is that. ANyway, quite alot of people using closet design stuff. So i think should be alright ba. pray hard!!!!!

The curtain material looks nice. Did you check with him what is the washing condition? There are certain of curtain materials must use dry clean. Better check properly. You won't want like never change the curtain for 1 whole year.

OK...to all respond on the valuation report photo, it is my company scanner issue....hahahahaha....it is not smoked, not old, not camera problem....purely is the scanner issue and mayb user issue as well...
