Yes Bro, I moved in since last week liao ... only kitchen table top not ready yet.. should be ready this thurs or fri.. still unpacking... alot of times after we open the boxes, we can't really decide where to put the stuff... and then there are also cases whereby we unpack and then repack back cos of space .... shiong... Whar Bro good for u that u are staying nearby ... can monitor the reno closely... me too ... my parent's place is just across the main road at Nth ave 4.... but I park car at our cp and everyday also monitor... hee hee everyday also take pics ah...

Hi Kumikotamago remember to ask ur contractor to state clearly what are the price range of tiles that you will be getting.... ie psf $3.50 to psf $4.50? I have friends whose ID/Contractor did not put the price range of tiles down on the contract and later when they selected tiles that they like, the ID/Contractor tells them to top up $$$...

Hi Just want to check regarding placement of mirrors at main entrance doorway... hope someone can help... I read from the net that usually pple avoid placing a piece of half height mirror at the main entrance doorway ie when u open the main door the first thing you see is the mirror because it will reflect away the chi... and also some of my friends are telling me that putting a mirror directly infront of the main door entrance will 吓走财神and its not good... but some of my friends are telling me that mirrors are basically good as it can block away the evils... and my FSM has also advised me to put a half height mirror at my main entrance doorway and infront of the mirror I have to place the Fu Lu Shou 福禄寿statue... Does anybody has any advice / explanation on whether if this is good? Thanks in advance

Hi Reuben82 Actually since u will be hacking the whole toilet, ur contractor / id should be able to shift the trap hoole or create a trap hole instead of shifting the kerb... my mbr toilet has 2 traps, one at the original place outside the kerb area and one newly created in the shower area..
