Yup... 17ft Wardrobe is superb huge. Initially, our idea was around 15ft and proposed to our I.D. When he draw on the mock layout, he was asking us "U sure both of you all got so many clothes? heh... so we make it shorter...finally.. but u "outdo" us.. *smiles.

Chew Int is also one of the few that i went to ask for quotes. The guy did come back to me around less than two weeks. (I went to the jurong showroom). Quite polite, not pushy and have his own ideas when we give some ideas which he told us straight away that our concept was..ermmm...not so nice... List down the price for each job that requires such such hacking..this price, plastering...this price and was okay when i told him that if i can out source some of the jobs to others but he will be my main con... (unlike "we can" that i ask for listing of price for each job and i was told of their company policy and offered a lump sum of amount) But of course, need to compare with others before make a decision...because of reno involves huge amount of money. So i'm still looking around for IDs or contractors...

Will be monitoring your post on the piping... coz i face the same problem too... in between the shower n toilet stands a long pipe. wanna consider hacking to create more space but hinder of pipes

As in getting refund from ID, i think this term will be consider as cashback which I think it’s not legal. Coz i think i have chat with a few ID which told me about such stories of people approaching him with such conditions and stating that he does not allow such system... which i think it's not proper too..

Same here. ceiling -> rock stone side wall -> rock stone also. lucky the other rooms not rock stone.. else... faintz. Was advised by some frens on the grinding part too... wonder what's the additional cost gonna be....

Hi, Such concidence as last weekend at IMM we had talk to both Inner view n Home interior. I have spoke to Simon before , in fact just over last weekend... Can feel that he is quite sincere and not pushy as i mention to him that we are only "see see look look" but nevertheless he still care to talk us and share some of his comments about our floorplan.. the type of flooring and etc Same here as never enagage his services so i can't comment much too. Home interior guy say that he will do some design n layout according to our floorplan and will get back to us... He has his own idea as well and very much straight forward as he mention that if we outsource some other items, of course will be cheaper a bit compare to asking hm to take care of everything... just a few cents of comments....
