  1. wow...all the comments doesn't seem to paint a nice picture on renting out Do you all set house rules for your tenants? Any sample to share? I would like to rent out my room but looking through the comments here, am kind of worried on the outcome
  2. Hi Howly, Could you share the contact for the soft-closing mechanism & metal trays stuffs? Thanks
  3. Hi bepgof I was actually refering to those on leaflets (as mentioned by DL838). But yours is something new that I have not come across. Thanks for sharing Hi DL838, Why not just mention its whole flat rental (for 3-room flat), instead of using "2+1"? Kind of confusing or is there some differences between the 2 cases? Thanks
  4. Hi, What does the rental terms "2+1", "2+1+1" means? Am new in this area, I intend to rent out 2 rooms - what does this fall under? Thanks
  5. Dear forumers, I need some advices regarding damaged wall. My next-door neighbour completed their renovation a couple of months ago. Recently while cleaning the kitchen’s tiles, we noticed some tiles have pop-out (attached a picture for reference, the red circled portion) Damaged Kitchen Wall We manage to get the contractor’s contact from the neighbour, and contacted him. After some discussion, he agreed to repair the affected area and replace the tiles. (which is good news) But subsequently, he didn’t turn-up. When I called him, he either didn’t answer my call or keep pushing the repair dates. It’s been 1 week, could anyone advice 1. How long should I continue to ‘chase’ or call him? 2. What kind of actions can I take? I intend to add piped gas, but the city-gas contractor said he can’t add the pipe without repairing the wall. He’s afraid it may cause pipe misalignment later on (ie. if he put up the pipe before the wall is repaired). So now, I’m stuck. Could anyone advice what should I do? Thanks in advance for your advice.
  6. Hi BBW, Could you PM the contact no and information of your contractor? Thanks in advance
