Our camper desk from Jottergoods has arrived. It looks slim and nice, with the perfect dose of cool contemporary and old school. How much is this desk going for?

Clearing store. Most items are brand new or lightly used. 1) IKEA Daybed-styled children bed. Lightly used and kept in storage most of the time we had it. Comes with original IKEA mattress. No bed sheet though. Asking $110. 2) IKEA nightlight. As pictured, brand new. Asking $5. 3) BNIB, unused child safety gate. Can't remember the brand but we do know it fits typical door width. Bought new 1-2yrs back n kept in storage all the time. Asking $60. 4) LATIDO child playpen. Used lightly and kept in storage most of the time. Comes with accessories to be used as change table (unused). Bought 2yrs ago and used few weeks before being stored till recently. Asking $85. Packed 5) LG Prime playmat (sweet bear design). Hi everyone... Gonna start my reno pretty soon... looking at getting some Schneider switches for the common areas. This particular ZENcelo range attracted my attention as it offered a little LED (pilot light) so we can easily identify the location of switches at night. Anyone has any idea where we can get this at a reasonable price, and how much are we expecting to pay?? My initial homework revealed that a MK branded 1-gang in white cost about $3. I'm alrite to pay slightly more, but nothing to exorbitant. THanks for any inputs!!

Hi... Looking for contacts to do up some storeroom racks. Those mailbox fliers will suffice as I did my current racks from one of these 6yrs ago and its still standing strong. Lost the contact and now shifting so need someone to do racks again. Anyone has such contacts? Thanks!!

Hi... Does your unit have additional flr area (i.e. liveable is 100sqm and official unit size is 120sqm)?? If this is the case, you do not need anymore GFA from the development to build a loft (assuming you keep it below 20sqm)?? Any architects can advise on the above case when the unit actually has a pretty substantial flr area on top of the liveable space? Building a loft doesnt incur additional flr area requirement in this case and doesnt need MCST approval?? Of cos, proper certification of works and building is still required.
