I agree with Ambooose, take photos and shame the company. After reading the replies, sound so scary. Just finished my renovation and paid up 100% and have some touch up here and there, am glad that my consultant rectifying them.

I totally agreed with you. My brother collected his key in Feb and went to gotten a few quotes from various IDs. Finally, decided to use my sister' ID as we are afraid that the price is right, slipshot service and workmanship. I am happy with the service and everything is on schedule. Hello kelvin, my living and room also has the yellowish stain, initially dun have one after staying there for a few years, the stains appear (very sure we didn't spill anything on the floor). You mentioned about bleach, is it leave it there for 1 or 2 days? Will bleach be too strong? TIA
