i think u are wrong , homeowner engage ID to oversee the renovation process and design of the carpentry of the place, furniture choice should still be the owner choice not id choice cuz the furniture the id do for 3 d is alway same o same o and copy here copy there and everyone furniture all turn out almost the same and place look like a ikea catalogue . Is a compliment a few years back when people say your place look so ikea but not now . ID here in singapore is just like a contractor that know how to draw not too sure bout the taste factor when come to decoration and furniture

hello i will love to know the opinion of home owner that already or going to engage ID for design your place whether ID should be involve in furniture and lighting shopping when home owner go shopping for these item

i dont usually make comment about renovation , but i have to say both the toilet is very nice and tasteful without those small tile or muti colour that scream public toilet LOL, one of the best i seen so far and your kitchen look so cosy

well if buying this lamp better have 4 or 5 figure furniture to match with it also lol

yep never ever go to the lighting shop that the id bring or recommend u , if u wanna their advise just choose the one u like and bring them there to see and if they say not so good maybe we should go this and that shop to see just go and see and think about it but dont let them misled u anyway is good to window shop for light even before u get the key so u know waht in the market and after u see so much light u can hv time to absorb the design and think about it , a lot of owner tend to rush and buy light in a few days or few week cuz of renovation and everything in the lighting shop is impressive cuz it something new than the normal clothes shopping that they do and they tend to regretted buying something cuz it doesnt go well with the design in the house or end up buying something that is so common and boring so the more u shop and look around the more design knowledge and taste u have and u will have the better chance of getting something nice

what i mean is not to spend so much money on having so much light in living room or bedroom that is shining on unnecessary places like on corner of the ceiling or on a wall that doesnt have anything nice to shine on , the money can be spend on lighting or decor or furniture with the WOW factor.but id do love to design fancy lighting point all over the ceiling and shine here and shine there so is owner decision of what is necessary when on budget

i think that people that is on budget should not spend so much money on so much light in the ceiling cuz the money can be spend on buying better and nicer looking furniture , what the point of having so much light and they shine on the cheap looking furniture that u get cuz of tight budget , when people visit your place they mostly look at the furniture and decor u had , u think they are more impress with how many led light or cove light u have or the nice sofa or dinning set u got

there is no cheap baroque furniture , cuz baroque furniture mostly handcrave so never cheap , if cheap then must be bad or low end finishing that look cheap too make sure u see the real product before u commit to buying it , cuz picture from catalogue and net cannot be trust totally

i think no one will have a right answer for you , nothing is safe around a kid , it depend on whether they know what they can do and cannot do around it .

i think the brick wall and with all the over crowded accessories from the owner the place look kinda dirty and like have lot of mosquito lol

insist on what u wanna u are paying for it btw and dont alway think that cuz they are the designer they have better taste , they are interior designer not interior decorator

cant agree more if those other bad reputation furniture shop they dont even say sorry or compensation and probably throw the matress on their face get 100 sg for 2 days late still wanna ask for more buyer have some right but this is abusing your right late delivery is the real world of the singapore furniture industries, first time buying furniture huh ?

bed.com.sg is responsible for delivery the bed late for 2 days that why they give u a discount but they are not responsible for you sleeping on the floor for 2 days to give u more discount a lot of furniture shop dont even bother to give any discount or anything for late delivery
