Settled my white wares at Harvey Norman today. Delivery on Friday! WM : LG F1422TD Fridge : Samsung RS20CRHS GAB's Samsung promo over... so HN ended up with a better pricing.... regret din buy from GAB earlier when Samsung was having the promo... then again, my place wasn't ready for the delivery

sadly, these contractors and IDs are profiteering from a disaster! If your ID claim that prices are going to increase, then get him to show u concrete proof of receipts from the purchase of these items!

Was told the glasswork will be in tomorow(on a saturday!). impressive ;p my granite sink from Heritage come with 5 years warranty... mmm.... Settled the design and quotation for gate and door, fixing up next Friday (Alex) Settled the design and quotation for my blinds and curtain, fixing up next Friday (Mr Chew) Settled the delivery of the bed and mattress today, Sofa will be in next Friday (Courts) Bought a basic quilt and covers for the bed today (Courts) Looks like another busy Friday ahead!

not slippery le, looks good but the feeling is not the same as solid wood such as parquet. there is this certain "hollow-ness" to it since it's juz overlays

i know cheaper... coz white one will yellow over time... so i rather pay that bit more.... GAB offers me ard 880 for the silver...

Reno is coming to an end with some loose ends to tidy up... contractor did the general cleaning today sliding door between bedroom/office oven up. more wiring needed as much as I want those nice nice tap, I guess I'll settle for a regular one for now due to my tight budget Time for my work to start... lotsa IKEA's furniture that I will need to fix up myself...

almost bought my bedframe, dining table and chair with hommage but ended up with only one coffee table. bought bedframe+mattress from Courts, dining table n chair from ikea sales... cheaper... me budget shopping... even though i prefer hommage's designs. bought two bar stools from Gnee Hong Electrical... planning to get fridge n wm from GAB or wherever cheaper... bought hob/hood + oven from GAB ;p

coz took from far far ma. if you look at the orleng wall, you should be able to see those white specks especially near the edges lo.. bo bian... coz my contractors only cover up the aircon trunkings after i have painted the walls

depending on items, couple of hundreds saved as opposed to using ID's one... Also, for most of my "contractors", I hunt for those with good reviews here in this forum. So I am assured of the quality as well as the pricing. Even if my ID can provide same price or cheaper, i cannot be reassured of the quality... that's my take. Things to note, you have to make sure your ID is ok to help u manage your other contractors. Luckily for me, my ID was rather accommodating
