8/10 condition This dining table and bench was bought almost 2 years ago.However, please note that it is very lightly used as we usually eat with our kids at our coffee table. The only issue would be the minor scratches on the sides of the bench but very minimal. Sept 2012 - The hub and I decided to look out for bigger unit as I kept complaining that our 4-rm unit was too crampy and small especially that we have an active toddler who runs up and down + his toys collections is almost compareable to a small retail toy shop Oct 2012 - Advertisement went out in Propertyguru and we have quite a few groups of "interested" parties viewing our unit Nov 2012 - Finally, we have someone who is willing to offer at our desired COV and appointment with HDB was fixed for the selling of our 4-rm. Concurrently, we started looking around for our new unit. Our initial plan was to get a 5-rm with balcony but most of those that we have viewed were either too small or they had really odd layout. Finally, in about a month of searching, we found this EA in Rivervale listed on Propertyguru and decided to try our luck. Bingo! We felt really comfortable with the unit and our active toddler seems to like the unit as well. Appointment was arranged shortly after we "offically" sold off our 4-rm. Shortly after fixing our purchase appointment, I realised that I'm pregnant with #2! Hehe~ Jan 2013 - First Appointment for the purchase of our new unit Mar 2013 - Hurray!
