My second son brought me to Tripple Threes at Mandarin Hotel Orchard, and 1-for-1 buffet for OCBC card holders. Price is $89.90 per person, but Good quality choice of food from Asian, Western to Japanese cuisine.

Wise decision! It seems to me that both units are unfavourable and you will be 'attracted' to such houses again in your search. That is your affinity with selecting a flat with such front facing, since both units have the same identical problem. I would suggest you get somebody else to help you to select the flat for now.

I remembered my late ex-hubby got the lawyer to draft the Will and gave the lawyer 'Ang Pow' with $100, when doctor told him he had 6-months life span left.

Hdb Floorplans: The Best (And Worst) Layouts In Public Housing
mae29 replied to PublicLife's topic in Reno t-Blog Chat
Weird indeed. In feng shui, we prefer houses with squarish or rectangular shape. No amount of feng shui cure can bring back the effects of houses with missing sectors, bends and sharp corners!! -
If you are looking for nice setting International / Western buffet, you can consider Kriston. I ordered from them in Feb this year for my house warming party. Here is my review: My link & review

This brings me to discuss on the HARM presents in a BaZi chart. HARM is usually Unexpected and it is by far the most unpleasant than those Clashes and Destruction presented in a chart. This is because HARM is usually very emotional kind and the impact usually lingers on and it takes a much longer time to heal the broken heart. Deep inside the Heart, the damage is deeply marked and difficult to erase this kind of HARM once a person is being inflicted. Heart broken indeed!!

It is crystalised salt, expensive than normal salt.

Just for the comments here, I heard from masters that altar should be placed in favourable sector of the house.

This is what called as "Sky Crack Sha"...the gaps between 2 buildings. Avoid this unit!!!

Do not confuse classicial feng shui with those so-called 'art of placement' which is widely practised by most fsm today. This video may offer you the insight fundamental to classical feng shui.

Hdb Floorplans: The Best (And Worst) Layouts In Public Housing
mae29 replied to PublicLife's topic in Reno t-Blog Chat
Besides interior layout, perhaps I include one of the WORST external floor layout? You see where the rubbish chute is located!! The WORST EXTERNAL LAYOUT I EVER SEEN!!! http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=35996&st=1323 -
To make the best out of the worst situation, the side door can only open to the left and align it with the side beam!! Full view of the tilted side door: Full view from the side door while standing in the centre! While helping client/ owner to tilt door, I have to be careful not to see the 'pointed edge' of walls, etc, when tilting the door. I also need to ensure that the Hexagram reading falls in the auspicious line on the 64 Hexagram, to be favourable to the male owner!! Adjusting the reading on Luo Pan to owner's auspicious direction!! So, it only takes common sense to fulfil this feng shui audit! No need to 'fly' the stars and other forumula.

This is the office of one of my good friend which I helped to audit. Look at the entrance to the office unit which has a beam cutting through width of main door. Previous owners had closed one-third of the door (right side) and used only two-third opening (left side). Worst of all, immediately facing the front entrance is the spiral staircase to basement carpark and store-room!! You can see the picture of glass enclosure which I suggested to block Qi from rushing downwards: On the right side of door opening is some steps!! To fully open up and tap the incoming Qi, I have to recommend the owner to tilt the side door!! To be continued in next post.

Hdb Floorplans: The Best (And Worst) Layouts In Public Housing

My floor plan .... not the best but Unique with double access doors which is very rare!! This is a 5-Room Point Block built by JTC in 1979 in Pandan Gardens: Original floor plan: Revised floor plan by FSM: Current layout after converting part living room into a new bedroom: You can visit my t-blog here: My reno t-blog -
You can google and there are many websites of FSM offering free online tutorial & articles. You can read up Q&A sections under the website of Mastery Academy (Joey Yap), Singapore Feng Shui Centre (Vincent Koh), as well as other FSMs like Lilian Too, Raymond Lo, etc, etc. I have written some articles on Feng shui & Bazi in my reno t-blog. You can also visit my recent post on Wu Huang, #5 Yellow Star, which is in the East sector this year. Hope this helps.

What happened when the electrician came to replace the faulty remote control device last Saturday: The electrician seen here dismantling the wires attached to the faulty device: You can see the background with light patches against the blue wall? Already 3 months but I dare not even ask the painter/plasterer to repaint after they concealed the gaps, due to presence of #5 Yellow Star in my room!! The electrician bought 2 sets of the same brand new remote control devices (brand is Beamish). However, once he assembled it, it failed one by one!! The lights just cannot switched ON!! Left with no choice, the electrician has to go out and buy another new one!! Finally, this 3rd set works....and it happened to be the same brand as the existing faulty one (brand is Massive)!! The electrician said he can't believe it that a simple device takes him 3 times the efforts (ofcourse 3x $$$ which he didn't say it out!! He didn't charge me a single cent as it is still under his warranty!!) to get a simple device replaced, and this is the first time in his career as electrician that he came across this!!! Ofcourse I know the reason but keep quiet!!

Hi, dinobros Thank you for reading my blog here. I have one audit done for an office to share. For this office, landforms take precedent over formula!! I will tell you why I forgo the flying stars formula and use only 'common sense'. That's so simple & easy to make Ang Pow $$, but I spent 3-4 Saturdays for site measurements & surveys, including a date selection for office move-in.

My sister got a resale 5I in this area too, at block 47X...the same block as the potential unit which my sis paid $1K and let it be forfeited because of not-so-ideal feng shui audit. You can read up the analysis which I did for her, not sure which page it falls....but scary indeed!

Does It Matter If House Facing Doesn't Suit One Of The Owners
mae29 replied to sugar's topic in Fengshui Consultation
In feng shui, there are a number of things to look out for in order to establish whether or not the house has good ‘Qi’ or energy linked to it. Land formations play a big role in determining the facing direction. I have written some articles on house feng shui audit in my blog and you can read them up if you are interested.
