  1. Yap should be keep complain, Your main point for compressor strong vibration to make you can't sleep as well please change for new one unit. End out They should do for you.
  2. Maybe can request to replace whole out door units. It is quite new the sound like using 5-8 years for compressor runing.
  3. Hi So far I remove my dryer machine to inside my back yard area. I found the ventilation hose not enough long. Do your know where can buy extension ventilation hose? Thanks
  4. Yes it is grille will be defects the noise when compressors before 15min to stop running it is have a very strong vibrations, Because just only the plastic frame it Is very lightweight is not the previous national model all are using metal grille. To compared metal frame more solid without noisy when the fan motors are running and getting heat to blow out fan.
  5. Sorry it is very dangerous work better ask panasonic service man to do. If the outdoor unit is install face outside the window. Some have Aircon leg maybe you still do by you own. Keep becareful.
  6. Ya is manufacturer defects. Nope I mean you looks at in front compressor for fan blow out the grilles, It used pastic frame cover grilles, looks like net type that once make noise. Pastic cover gap to metal body frame and runing vibration will become noisy, Only can solve is use double side tape to paste at metal and pastic frame grills to be more fixed. It is will be no big gap and reduce the noise.
  7. Haha sound like Fan grille have some place is lose out have to use double side tape to fixed the noise. It is same like my current 2hp system 1 outdoor units. Because my compressor rubber a bit lose so the vibration will Very strong to impact the metal body with the fixed fan speed very hot and heat to blow out the fan and make the fan grills become very noisy.
  8. Hi, Can I ask you how old your Aircon from install until now? If still new with warranty just call for service. If already using for 3 year and above definitely is compressor mounting rubber are lose. To be replace the new mounting rubber it is can reduce the vibration.
  9. Actually the tape so far I can't find it out. It is brough brand new Aircon to used for protect the fan cover from unbox packing. I take out to reused. But if you are using non-inverter compressor unit just install outside of your window sure it is can't help you as much. Only inverter Aircon can help, inverter have improving from compressor to be using DC motor to reduce to vibration.
  10. It's won't effect your room cooling. Sure set to 25c already feeling very cold. Btw no everyday on at 4 units just go for 28va it is enough for you.
  11. Got 2 models I perfer the 38VA model to be better if turn on at same time. For normal require per room unit may need standard BTU 8530, Becuase already sharing so can't get the enought BTU to support and keep as faster cooling to maintain the same temperature. if you set to 23c you will feel it's getting slowly cooling at the same time. For experience to be use at same times it is less ppl are doing that. Day time your master bedroom or common room is on and living hall on just for 2 units usage. Night time living hall on and your kids maybe already sleeping, Just for 2 to 3 units on. For midnight only you can't sleep and watch tv will be turn on living hall for 4 units are runing it is won't effect anyone in sleeping due to suddenly become very hot and warm.
  12. Here showing the chart from Mitsubishi electric inverter system 4. When turn on all in same time operations. MXY-4A28VA 10x3=2.4kw 10x3+18=1.5kw x 3 + 2.7kw 10x3+24=1.39kw x 3 + 3.01kw Kw x 3412 = BTU. MXY-4A38VA 10x3=2.5kw 10x3+18=1.6kw x 3 + 3.2nd 10x3+24=1.48 x 3 + 3.56kw Kw x 3412 = BTU. If on all you will feel won't cold as fast to compared on for 2 - 3 rooms. So got money just go for higher capacity BTU. Can good enought support all same times.
  13. Maybe it is too technical for you to do by your own. If you have serving before then you should know how to open the front whole cover. Noise from the PCB box cover protect by aluminum surface. Aluminum is very thick when get cold so the aluminum because noisy like tin sound. For original cilp joint without 100% fixed up. And have use some masking tape to stick together. It is what I mean. Hope your sleep will be as well. Without suddenly wake to hear the noise sound like tin.
  14. this is what i done for my mitsubishi electric aircon. to sovle out of noisy sound. 1st 2nd. because to open as slowly. 3rd. original looks 4th. completed for tape, to sovle the gap without fully seal.
  15. It is very common problem for FCU was change or lower down temperature or raining day cooling outside for your indoor fancoil noise like kok kok sound no other brand also same thing, Because fancoil cover is using pastic cover, inside are same aluminum coil. Actually can solve the problem do you able open out the pastic cover inside have alum. PCB box is using metal when it is very cold will be get noise. What can do just used masking tape to taping the front cover joint. To be sealing up. Became very solid when you touch the box is not gap or noise. It is done. Hope it can be help you as much.
