pirvan, you learnt very fast! heheheeh.... my cleaning aunty charges $12 per hour. you can request weekly or fortnightly, she is ok. I think she is quite cheap cos she is local and only charge $12. some foreigners charges $15 per hour leh..... but she only goes to those near to her lah. She stays at hougang so if got directly bus, then she is ok... i think she cleaning one house at pasir ris. can tell me what is magic sponge??

what is magic sponge? i think my cleaning aunty just use newspaper... hahaahhah.....and the shower glass screen looks super shiny after she leaves. but after 2 days, its full of water droplets stains again. hahahaha.....

ya ya.... i think your wife and yourself will keep the house clean. After all, its your love nest that you been putting so much $$$ and efforts into. my kitchen and island still maintain the new look, just a bit messy with a lot of stuff on it. or else, the solid top still as white as ever without scratches even though i don't use any mats when i place hot food on my island. stove and sink also still look good, but can see it has been used before lah.... heheehehehe....

i also envy leh your WIW seem so much bigger than mine!! hahahaha...

L-box only without false ceiling will not be so ex.... just have L-box by the side, instead of whole false ceiling then it would not cost $900. if your contractor charging so much, then its just too expensive. But, i think track lights are ok..... as long as you don't shine it into your eyes.... BTW, nice lamp you bought for your foyer!

APPEARING IN MAGAZINE Thanks to another forummer (LLChing), i realised that my flat is featured as one that my contractor submit to Nippon Paint for their annual "Designers of Choice" magazine. Its an honour which i feel very proud....
