Hey guys, i got a question!!! Can we actually change the orientation of our staircase????? In most cases the em stairs is walk up from dining area, was just wondering if we can change that perhaps to walk up from living area? in essence, inverse the orientation of the stairs.

I have a De Dietrich hob and hood and oven in my current place now. Never really use the oven much just the hob for cooking most of the time. And yes, i need a conventional one to cook my chilli crabs!!!! And u mentioned concealed ones are easier to clean yea. i will go find out wats the difference coz i have no idea at all. I and probably not gonna get those fridge with water and ice dispenser coz i heard from few frds that the rubber tend to get lose and water drips after a few years. Just a simple one will do for me. Was looking at side by side coz its easy to get things out from either the freezer or the chiller. The advice on the microwave is good!!!!! wanted to built in but i think theres no point if its gonna coz much more. Thanks again for the advice and will keep u guys updated once i get my stuff and thats probably gonna b in april when i get my keys and reno done.

If spoilt also not so painful. 10 year guarantee on invertor also wor. they confident then give u 10 years de. LG good la" Wat do you guys think? Any experiences with LG fridge and after sales services?

Was looking around at Courts at tampines for fridge, vacuum, hob & hood, oven and watever else u can think of for my new place which i can only get the keys in april.I was looking around to know a rough gauge for the prices. Was at the hob n hood section: saw turbo and technogas, and the guy strongly recommended techno gas saying its better built than turbo. The model of the hood KP 9588 is 1288 and it comes with free hob(package). Then we looked at the oven section and again he suggested technogas saying tis value for money. The model TM038 cost 898. I am looking for a built in oven. And is there such thing as a built in microwave oven? Fridge we look at Bosch but the salesperson suggested LG inverter side by side door GRB208B24 for $1499 which was compared to the Bosch KAN62V00 for $2299. For washer and dryer me and WTB think that we should get a simple looking F&P for both and stack them up. Well, Pardon me if i am intruding on the wrong topic, but i think i seriously need help here. If not, can anyone, help me out?? I read through the whole thread and never saw anyone commenting on Tehnogas and even when someone asked about it, it seems to get left out. Is it a taboo topic on tecnogas or maybe no one really uses it. I really hope to get some help from guys are more experienced than me in electrical appliances. Got a question for those who already own an EM le. The resale i bought already had the utility room hacked away liao. I realise the problem of storage comes in wor. Any ideas how we can get storage area without goin to the 2nd level. I tot of false wall coverin half of the ex utility room to make storage but it seems like its not enuff. My head is bursting from thinking where i can have this storage area, coz i dun really wanna use the whole ex-utility room again. Also, i heard there a a few places along paya lebar road where there are a few good local furniture shops but i dun exactly know where. Anyone have any idea? Just went to exercise the option to purchase and took some pictures. will upload and let u gurus here take a look. So far i see the 2 toilets upstairs and kitchen definitely need to do. I am also gonna make a WC downstairs plus rewiring. My agent suggest redoing the floor to homogenious tiles, he did his place 5k for that. The wall tiles on kitchen CMI lor, think need to redo also. Bedroom have to do cabinets. Think my open kitchen concept go up in smoke liao. Hack wall build table island means $$$$. Think i just have to tahan a bit 1st, when get more $$ then do another time!!
