Hi, about the philips downlight that is using E27 fitting, philips don't have those around 4000K colour temperature. Only warm white and daylight. Is there any other reliable E27 bulbs that has around 4000K colour temp "cool white" available in the market?

anyone know whether E27 bulbs come in "cool white colour? around 4000K colour. coz intend t buy philips downlight with E27 fitting. but they only available in "daylight 6500K and warm white 2600K. no cool white. any other places selling brands E27 in other colour temperature? thanks

But are their price purposely markup then waiting for u to cut abit? Like bring down to the nearest hundreds or thousands. So far, those ID I went to, they say price can nego. But this one quite firm leh.

Has any of u try negotiate the quotation with them? Seems like they are quite rigid on pricing... Or maybe I look too "soft" dun dare to negotiate...

may I know what is the standard installation practise of running the piping inside false ceiling and L-box? some told me no need to put insulated pipes inside trunking if conceal in L-box and false ceiling. is it true? 1st time installing a/c. need advise from you guys here. thanks

Has anyone recently engage krono original to do their flooring? I tried asking a few ID to include krono original but they dun seems to be able to do so. Why? Will I have any problem if I engage krono then ask my ID to coordinate with them?
