Hi bluezzz, Welcome to Renotalk. It is always wise to find out things from this forum before you confirm your reno. Mine is also EA & i spent about 40K only for the renovation...with about the same reno list as yours...my budget was also 25K, ID told me not possible since the spacing is bigger & required more tiles..carpentry work also costly.. But if you engage a contractor, may be cheaper...i guess !!

Hi crystalng, mine is resale EA..block 2++ is abt 13 years old s...2 lvl is mansionatte, EA only 1 floor with bigger space esp in the living & dining areas....but cleaning is tiring tough... .. I thought WIS hdb shld hav more young married couple neighbour bah...easier to click i supposed..my neighbour, most spouse not working one....stay home look after the kids...they quite friendly lor....just we dun hv time to talk to them since we are working most time & wkend busy doing housework....xiong le remember to post the pics since ur house design is nice nice... Check out some pic posted in the blog...have some comments if possible, we are still finding some creative accesseries for the decoration nerraw blog

Thanks for the comments haa..yeah in fact we prefer the house to be black/white/red, but think the ID is too decent la...haaa the red sofa is for contrast effect...or else the whole house is bit plain la....i got to slowly add some more painting, rugs, & accessaries... Hi Master Chong, Thanks for the feedback. So I can mount the LCD on the partition d... Ohh actually there is bi-folder door in the common toilet...I hang a pic of 3 animal heads, Lion, Zebra & Elephant above the WC, as decoration purpose.... Rgs Warren

As for me, still need to monitor the leakage at the mbr aircon area...whenever heavy rain, the water will seep in & can see the water stain at the boxup near the window le... if no rain cannot trace d... Hi gothique, My block is along drive 3 facing the reserve park (forest), so most of the corners are unblocked, that is the main reason..& quite privacy...Mine is not near loyang point nearer to downtown east i guess. Look at your 3D quite impressive la...must be very nice & coosy when done... Below is some pics taken, I have not finished decorating, just do it whenever have the time....like wall-clock, painting for mbr & living hall. i cut lot of carpentary works as to save cost, so in fact look quite plain la....anyway, pls hv ur comments.... So how is your reno going on...? what is your quotation ? Started renovating already ? Mine is EA, only reno cost me abt $40K....i din do much for MBR, study room & guest room, that probably save some $$..heee Anyway good luck to your renov...
